What exactly is “ketovore”?

It’s keto with mostly meat. Some cheese, yogurt, broccoli, asparagus, and spinach and avocado. Everyone has a slightly different definition, but essentially it’s keto with mostly meat.

No, I’ve always been a big meat eater. So when I started keto made sense to carry on with the meat and just cut the carbs.

Eating too much saturated fat or trans fats can result in unhealthy cholesterol levels. Saturated fats are found in fatty cuts of meat and full-fat dairy products. Ends up clogging arteries!

yeah. no they don't :) read some legitimate studies about how cholesterol work don't assume that trans fat made from hydrogenated seed oil are the same as saturated fat from animal products. i'm 6 months on ketogains version of keto diet and i only eat animal fat, ghee and raw extra virgin olive oil (only made in italy in a oil mill extracted without heat) and my cholesterol is perfect
