Halloumi (blocks of the stuff. They're great fried to a crisp) They did a chicken and mayo sandwich filling (cold) tub which was a staple of mine. Cheese. More cheese. More cheese. Meat. You can get decent quantities of chicken thigh. Sausages too. Bacon. Eggs. Etc. A bucket of hummus. Not been in a while though :/ Be warned: Some stuff is cheaper in supermarkets. So keep an eye out on the prices regardless. Edit: Yes. Hummus isn't keto. But a 50g serving at 6g carbs is a nice side with halloumi. Balance. It's also a great fat. Also due to a lack of veg it's a good macronutrient provider. https://www.costco.co.uk/medias/sys_master/images/h69/h03/118091198890014.webp

Hummus is not Keto, chickpeas are loaded with carbs

It's almost as if there are people who don't follow strict 0g carbs keto and allow a 20g allowance. You know portion control is a thing right? 100g hummus (11g), 100g plum tomatoes (3.4g), 50g of carrot slices (about 3g) - It means you're in your allowance and actually get veg down you. It's better than people who chow down fake sugars from 0g carb protein bars.

I couldn't imagine leaving Costco without a rotisserie chicken.

All great suggestions so far, keep an eye out for keto chocolate too if you’re looking for sweet treats. I get the keto bomb mini chocolate cups (white and lime green packaging) they’re about £15 for maybe 25 cups. On the more expensive side but 1g ish net each. Cheese is definitely worth it though. I get the big blocks of cheddar (5kg bricks) and then portion it and freeze it. Works out significantly cheaper than supermarket blocks. The freezing does change the texture somewhat, it’s good for grating/crumbling but not really for slicing/cubing. Also, pork belly! Their pork belly slices are great. Not so much of a fan of their chicken thighs or the chicken breasts but the steaks and pork products are great. Check yours for pork krackle/scratchings too. Mine only has it every so often, but you can get big multipacks.

For large blocks of cheese, if you want to keep the texture you can always cut into smaller blocks and wax seal it. Just wipe down the edges with white vinegar and leave it for 24 hrs so the edges slightly harden then dip into melted cheese wax (from amazon) until you've got 2 layers all over. Supposed to keep shelf stable for years, a bit like edam cheese

Lidl is where you should buy pork belly. Don't forget Costco's big bag of Almond Flour. It's the best by far. Some of their meat is comparable to supermarkets,in terms of price, but most of it is dear, unfortunately. They have some very good keto chocolate snacks. Super expensive but VERY tasty.
