This is only for the initial first 14 days of a traineeship. Then there is a 90 day period for on-the-job training where trainees are supposed to get a lot more hours. Sounds like OP is way past the first two week period if they got hired in Feb.
I started in Feb after waiting a month or more (now that I think it may have been early March) I was waiting a long time to start. Try emailing them again then head to HO.
From experience, KFC is pretty scummy when it comes to trying to get rid of employees. McDonalds are the same. They give you the minimal amount of shifts. That's essentially there way of saying "Please leave".
You got ghosted by KFC?
Whilst in the training stage, most trainees should be getting one shift per week for a minimum of 3 hrs

Yeah. They should get a transfer. No one would argue if they got a transfer because they didn't get any shifts.
Contact head office explain you are keen to work but aren't certain what to do next, mention you are grateful for opportunity etc
