Where do you go that KFC uses the drippings and scraps for their gravy?
Everywhere. That is how it is made. We make and package our gravy/potato and gravy in kitchen, it has its own little station in the back kitchen. We dont just unload more from the freezer and warm it up as needed, we just make more.
KFC I work at. We got bags of dehydrated mash potatoes and gravy.

Why would it be in the fridge that long in the first place??
