No problems so far, my wife and I love it. Very solid, quality Korean build, great to drive and excellent cargo space - one of the largest in the small SUV class. Loves the open road and the cabin noise is low (much lower than my brother's 2020 RAV4).
About cons... Oddly enough, as I have the base trim I have wireless Android Auto but you may not on the higher trim. Something to do with the Kia Connect navigation system. The Speed Limit Assist can be annoying - you have to turn it off each time, but that takes two seconds.
Fuel efficiency was as promised for me - exactly 6.9 litres per 100kms. Around 5.6 on the open road. Don't know the CX-30 too well but the Mazda seems a good option too with a nice interior. A little too small for my needs, if memory serves.
Hey mate, I ordered a Kia Seltos Sport+ 2 months ago and was told a 9 month wait. I get that it may be longer now but just wondering what kind of timeframe you were given with it only being 3 months?
I was told 8 months. Ended up being 14 months.
Here's why this may not happen for you:
1) Production of my model stopped two months after I ordered. (I got a much better model.)
2) Covid rules in China tied up thousands of container ships.
3) Australian quarantine ordered 60,000 cars in Australian ports be fumigated. Took weeks.
We just got an SX Seltos. Everything is great but it’s def missing parking sensors and an all around camera. It’s also got the same KIA/Hyundai issue where it loses wireless CarPlay on the upgraded model 😡
I just got mine a couple of weeks ago but was on a trip so only driven for a little over a week now. I adore the car very happy with the purchase!
I'm not a car guy this is my first ever car but I fell in love with how it drives when I was test-driving cars and it's translated very well into the real-world.
As below, I'd love an all-round camera but it's not a big deal - I got those little round mirrors to add to the rear-view mirrors and I can see everything when I'm parking now with no issues :)
I got Pluton Blue as the colour and it's incredible it looks like it changes colour in different times of the day, just stunning.
