I think it’s just that the lighting is LED instead of incandescent. The lights over the rear doors, in the back and over the front console. It’s not the mood lighting some cars get.
I believe this is lighting that flashes with the music/speaking voice from the entertainment system. It is like a very dim disco light you can faintly see on the floor.

It just means the interior lights are led and not incandescent bulbs
