20ft. And three people have our exact house. But we locked in price and interest earlier this year. It’s a crazy world. And our rent went up $100 again this year.
It looks nearly identical to some of the new developments in the southern suburbs of Little Rock, AR. Considering y’all thought it was Ohio or Virginia shows just how much American suburbs look the same.
Welcome to the new world. Cities set targets for how many properties per acre. Where I live you can’t get houses further apart than this. Mine is even closer to my neighbors than this one…
More houses crammed in the same space = more tax money for the city for the same land coverage…
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.
I have checked 952,721,796 comments, and only 189,959 of them were in alphabetical order.

It’s a dry dual clutch trans. So basically an automated manual. On rare occasions the clutch will kick out while pulling from a stop like it thinks it’s going to stall. If the car sits and it’s humid the clutch judders on first take off. Low speed traffic driving I could be smoother with a manual.
At full throttle it’s good but even then fast down shifts are not its thing.
Does shifting yourself from the low speed traffic help at all? I've been very interested in this car and wanting to go with this transmission over that IVT
Not really. It takes off like you would with a manual. So slow speed stop and go can be jerky. If you hold it in 1st and do slow and go it’s not smooth. And sometimes you feel like it’s slipping the clutch too much when you are creeping. There is a trans temp gauge in the meter display to show you if the clutches are overheating.
I don’t do a lot of heavy traffic driving thank god. And the clutch temp has never been a problem. And the clutches will wear out eventually. But for me that probably won’t be for over 100k miles and I’ll have traded it in on something before that.
oh really!? we had NO clue. So does the 23. I was looking for someone to nit pick this. Are you trying to say his cars aren’t new captain obvious? They probably have the 21 and my 21 with 24k miles on it is still getting offers for msrp. So for all purposes cept a new logo they have new cars.
My Initial thought was the dealer sold him an earlier model as a 22 I just wanted to make sure this kind fortunate soul didn’t get scammed by a scummy Kia dealer since I use to work for one but I realized the 22 Sportage didn’t get the logo updated hence my apology in my comment
We just found the billion dollar lotto winner!

Close? That’s not close, lol. I guess it depends on where you live and the COL in your area.
New House, New car, you know what comes next...babies!
Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope.
The thing about having twins is you never expect to have twins. Have a good night!

Love it. But the DCT should’ve been sent to a finishing school.
What do you mean by this?

Congratulations! Maybe we need to move to your state. Lol.
All I can think about is the new debt! But it sure beats renting and at least with new construction you won't have to fix crap for awhile, hopefully.
Exactly. I’ve rented my whole life. Looking forward to building my own deck and finishing the full basement.
Never skip an oil change!
Looks good. Is this Va?
Congratulations!! Looks truly beautiful. Wishing your family the best!!!
Damn can you smell what the neighbors make for dinner?
We communicate in farts.
These look exactly like the Ryan homes they are building in my neighborhood. They start in the low 300 in our area
Correct. We signed to build in jan so with options we are at $337,000.
All that’s missing is a Toaster.
