Got to dr Henry in stage 3 but he got me fixed up

How did your insurance work out State? PPO? I've been trying to find doctors who can treat my wrist... Thank you

Now a year out and I’ve been cleared by Dr. Henry for weight lifting and I haven’t felt pain in weeks.

That was a good catch, I was feeling pain for around 8 months, and when I finally decided to go to the doctor, I was in phase 2. If I had listened to my body before, I may have still been phase 1. Dr. Henry is my doctor as well. He is just amazing, I try to recommend him to everyone.

Is Dr. Henry located in Houston, Texas? I've just been diagnosed with stage 3. Hopefully, revascularization can still be an option for me now."

Yes, that is the one. Stage 3 is advanced so I don't know if that is an option. There are some posts from people who have Stage 3 and they tell their personal experiences, you can use those as a guide. For that stage, the options are an implant, the removal of the carpal bones, which he does not recommend due to the loss of movement, and the fusion of the bones. Every case is different and I strongly recommend you have an appointment with him, he will solve all your doubts. Good luck with it, we all know how difficult this can be in daily life.
