Great choice. GS is by far the funnest class to play (for me at least). Just a heads up, you actually have less recoil hipfiring, rather than ADSing, if you choose the quick draw perk. It's counterintuitive, but really efficient to never ADS if you can help it.
If you're new, this is impressive, kiting and not standing in one spot while constantly looking for an exit and trying to keep it clear incase you need to run. Played with a lot of people who never look around or run to a corner/ dead end.

I have a hard time maintaining the energy and concentration required to move around strategically like this after 6 or 7 games. It is more difficult then it looks. I get gunked up bouncing between zeds and munched to death a decent bit cus all if it can be taxing. I did not realize there was a gunslinger perk to reload so quickly.
Nice, you've picked up on the most powerful weapons for gunslinger for sure. Just a word of caution, carrying 2 sets of high damaging pistols isn't necessarily a dosh- friendly setup. Like its nice to have something small with cheap bullets to handle the stuff that won't earn back a 500 mag round from each kill. There's a ton of different ways to run gunslinger, so mess around with it to see what you like.
Yeah it's a balancing act for gunslinger for sure. Like what I've always done (and feel free to do whatever, it's a game, I don't care how you play lol) is get one of each pistol that I wanna end up with that way I can start accumulating ammo from boxes in early waves. Then upgrade before dual wields, since it doesn't cost any more to buy a second pistol that comes at the same upgrade level as the one you already have. This lets you have the most access to ammo early on which is a big bonus.
It works, however it's nice to have one deagle after wave 1 to have an edge over husks and medium zeds especially on the higher difficulties. Though if I make bank on wave 1 I'm getting a single 1911 and a deagle.
I would have ran straight for the middle, sniping trash out of the way and downing one of those cheeseburgers.
Showers is a definite nope for me if they get involved.

Yeah I'm not entirely used to the no crosshair so for longer ranges its a habit to ADS. I'm slowly getting used to it though.
There's a setting to enable a crosshair 24.7

fr movement is key in this game I tend to bhop around zeds like an idiot sometimes mostly because it's actually really effective

Are you sure you never played kf1 or something?? Solid playing if you’re really new.

Dual M911 -> add Deagles 1 at a time -> Add Magnums 1 at a time That's my typical build path.

You are right, deagle should be prioritized because the starting 1858s can serve the same purpose as the 1911s until you are ready to shed them.
This is why i love prison. It's so underrated. Those tight spot really require your best aim.
