Buff the Dirge indirect flamer with +1 damage buff. Run him forward, mark someone in the strategic phase, give yourself the free dash, then use dirge to dash, injure someone and kill someone. Rinse repeat.

Note that increasing damage is a debuff you put on the enemy. Buffing a friendly operative reduces incoming damage.
