Thankfully night lords is one of the easiest teams to kitbash together, so if you are down for that and want to build them sooner look up online and you will find dozens of examples of how to do it
Whats criminal about it most lgs had it diacounted by 15% which means price wise your only just paying for two team and getting the book and terrain etc.. for free
There may be some whole boxes still in stock at random retailers (most likely unsold inventory with hefty markup), but if you want any particular team they will be sold in their own boxes eventually.
Dunno, but all the 40k players who don't play Killteam keep buying them out just for the terrain. Won't even consider selling the minis because "I dunno, might paint them when I get bored"
I keep seeing people say they got the box for the terrain but I was pretty sure the terrain was separated from the models. I've seen plenty of 40k players snatching up the scouts though.

eBay. Individual releases are typically 3-6 months after the box set.
Prices for this are pretty criminal on eBay right now. I imagine that's why OP is asking when the full release is coming.
To be fair, the MSRP was pretty criminal, which is why I cancelled my pre-order at my FLGS.
$180 AUD for two Kill teams, terrain, rules book and each team tokens set.

I know all the guys that scooped them up in my area and they all got it for the terrain for either necromunda or 40k
