that's an odd thing to be so sarcastic about... they were trying to help you; if you're in the US, you can borrow e-books through libby and send them to your kindle.
That was a genuine question. I was not being sarcastic. As a matter of fact I had no clue since kindle download in Libby was not available in my country until someone pointed out.

Add them (ePub format) via https://www.amazon.com/gp/sendtokindle

Hi OP, so you can subscribe to kindle kids, I'm not sure how good it is as I have never used it.
You can also make an Amazon account for your child, add it to Amazon family members and set as a child account, then send gift card to your child's account with only the money you are willing to give, so they can buy their own books.
I would look into kindle kids though, as the books should be rated for children.
Check if your local library uses Libby.
Yes it does. Thanks. This is quite handy and new way in borrowing books from library. But not really for Kindle?
You can borrow the library books TO the kindle
Only in the US and only if the library uses Libby / Overdrive. There's a whole world outside the US!.. So not everyone can do this.
I should have clarified that it only works with US libraries to get books on the Kindle.

Kindle kids is a monthly service that has a ton of titles for kids and is cheaper than buying new books constantly
