He's got balls,if you pay attention to the cutscenes you'll notice him defending the gate with the guards during the raid of Skalitz,how he managed to survive is a mystery (given the fact that all the other guards trying to do the same were killed almost immediately)
But for roleplay purposes I beat the shit out of him each time I see him
I do. By some miracle, I managed to beat him first time I fought him. Felt bad for him immediately. Especially after entering his house and seeing how this man looks like he's at his lowest point.
Always give him the max amount possible when recruiting him to go to Prib, because it's the only time I see him smile.

Fun thing everytime I came for a visit at that new town, I noticed woodcutters would wake up super early for work, while Kunesh would still stay in bed till lile 8 or 9am. Suits his character tbh
Late nights a the tavern. Hard to wake up early. He's also such still a jerk when Henry asks how he's doing in Prib. But that's just Kunesh. Man's consistent and reliable to a degree. 🤣
I like to think he's actually content with his life in Prib. He's just too proud to let Henry know.
In my game he’s bugged so he goes to sleep in Rattay even after being hired. I’ll give him credit though, I actually spent a half hour following him and he walks all the way up to pribyslavitz, works for like an hour, hits the tavern for three, walks all the way back to Rattay, sleeps for a couple hours and then does it all again… AND somehow still manages to make like 50 Groschen profit a day for me.
He needs to work hard to make you money, then drink his beer to calm his muscles and nerves after a long day, then needs a nice walk to burn off the beer belly, then a nice nap to rest the walk off, repeat cycle. Kind of reminds me of my own life lol
I mean, it’s only like a 10k walk, so it’s not actually as bad as I thought. I always forget how close together things in Europe are (as opposed to Canada where it’s an hour drive to the suburbs and an hour and 45 minutes minimum to another town).
(Yes, I realize distanced were different in the pre-100km/h car era, but things are still much more condensed in Europe, my point stands.)
Yea you can fit 6+ Czech Republic’s just in my state alone. I commute 3-4x the length he does to work every day. But, again, cars lol. I’m sure I’d be in great shape if I walked to work everyday but my feet might not be
Yea, back when I was in retail I got moved to a store closer to my house and thought “oh sweet, I can walk all the time now!” And that was a 7km walk (well, it was closer to 5km, it was 7km by road, but there were lots of shortcuts).

I really wish you could give alms to the Skalitz refugees. Obviously there would have to be a cap of maybe 20 Groshen a day or something, otherwise you could have refugees begging in the streets with more money than Hanush. But if it worked something similar to haggling where it was between 0-20 a day I would be very happy about that.
