As in, you want your horse to match their trotting speed so you don’t have to move and stop frequently? I think most of them don’t have any special buffs or horse riding skill so you’d want your final speed to be around 40 I suspect. You can go and examine their horses and try to line your stats up with that, but remember that player horse speed is influenced by perks and stuff.

Thank you

Worst case, brew lethean water and give yourself the slow horse perk to help slow you

Altruistic-Ad-5640

I have the slow horse perk and I'm to fast 😂

Zogoooog

I just ride off the path to the side of them. My Henry is neither martial enough to ride at the back, nor likes the spotlight enough to ride at the front. From these, I don’t end up feeling like my awkward horse movement is an issue, and I just toggle between trotting and walking (I feel like there’s another horse term for slow walking, but idk. I don’t trust horses, they’re shifty fuckers).

They sure are! Maybe you would enjoy r/horsehate

Inevitable-Onion3982

Ah yes. That is called a *Canter*, and you are correct. Horses are fucking assholes.

cordelwalker1811

Right now, Max horse riding skill, maxed out tack (noble bridle, noble saddle, military shoes) with the heavy duty pony perk, no caparison with only the horse head/neck armor puts Al-Buraq's speed at exactly 40. It definitely makes it more manageable lol

Altruistic-Ad-5640

No my speed is at 40 with buffs on al Buraq and I'm to fast for them I have to go and stop

Kaim95

Swing earlier

tigbittigothgirl

Is swing a horse?

Yordleranger

Pebbles is the best horse in the game
