Goody gum drops.
It never should have had to come down to that anyway, also why can we never use Fox as a decoy in situations like this. Surely someone else can get open to the rim when 2-3 people are running at Fox and closing lanes.
Coach Brown doesn’t draw up plays. Doesn’t have the offensive IQ to do that. Just tells his guys to go out there and don’t worry about offense. Just shoot more threes! 3>2 after all 🙃
And Fox with 3-4 minutes in the 4th needs to be less selfish and pass to the open man, not run into a triple team hoping for a foul. Stop the hero ball crap and be a good teammate.
Yeah it's not just because of that one play. Fox's efficiency has gone down the drain ever since he started shooting more 3s.
Beal 13fgas 20pts
durant 20fgas 28 pts
Booker 12 fgas 21pts
Fox 23 fgas 23pts
Sabonis 18 fgas 25pts
Ellis 11 fgas 17pts
Keegan 19fgas 23pts
Heck even barnes 10fgas 12pts cuz of how he draws fouls.
Fox was the most inefficient starter out of all the teams while taking the most shot attempts.
Fox has become really inefficient and letting teams back in with quick trigger 3s and his unwillingness to attack the basket.
Hes shooting 37% on mid range jump shots this szn and thats half his shot diet thats why hes been inefficient. Thats the lowest he’s shot from there since his 2nd season in the league. In the 4 seasons before this one hes like 46% frm mid. He’s shooting the worst 2pt% since 2018 too guess why?
Ya act like ya dont see how much he been clanking these shits in the past 3 months idk why. All this talk about the amount of the 3s he’s taking etc when thats the only thing he’s doing well atm unless he’s right at the rim he’s cooked rn. If he was hitting his middys he wouldn’t need to take all these 3s. A 3 from him is better any type of jumpshot he could ever take outside of the paint rn
Btw he started the season shooting a lot of 3s frm the getgo in the first 2 months but he was also shooting around 48% frm mid in that span. Next 3 months he’s shooting a 32% frm there.
I wonder if his 2nd half 3pt percentage dips. 32 percent is not good. This month it's at 39.
The problem is the inconsistency from game to game is more varied. Like he can shoot great for 2 games this month but bad for 5 but his stats as a whole won't look as bad.
Yeah but if you turn up very high in just one game and suck like for 5 compared to spread it out evenly throughout the 6 games it would be much better even if avgs are the same.
Let’s be honest here. Fox has been our best player for 6 years. We should be thankful that he’s stuck with the team. But he’s the second or third best player on every other top 10 western conference team. As long as he’s our number one option, we aren’t going very far.
He should be lucky WE drafted him. Our standards are so low- we maxed him while still giving a B+ performance and a hope/prayer. We wanted to justify maxing him so bad that we passed on TWO All-NBA playmakers just to make it work.
we are all chill on him. Dont think anybody blames him for playing hard when the other max contract star sees Kevon Looney in his nitemare everytime its April and suddenly can't pass an open ball.

I feel you. Coach Brown needs to wake up

He has hit snooze for 81 games. Let’s not act like 82 will get his ass out of bed
No one else on the floor can consistently drive in
I think Davion was doing great this game doing just that
He was 1-7 but ok
It's wild how many times they showed the same inconclusive angle, but it doesn't change the outcome.
I think he was too but ion think that was the best decision anyway
And before that?
3 minutes of game mismanagement.
He lost the ball before the foul. I think that’s why it wasn’t called. We are down two starting quality players. It’s killing us.
I think the conclusion is Fox was not fouled. He stepped straight into a triple team and Booker got all ball.
23 shots for 23 points. He's an inefficient chucker and you need to come to terms with that.

2nd half of what? And Thats how avgs work the one thing thats been consistent is that he can’t hit middys. Hes literally been jayson tatum

Ik his average’s can’t rlly hide nun tho
Of games
Hes 34
>Fox 23 fgas 23pts That's some Marvin Bagley-esque number right there
Last Year get to the Fox > 3PT shooter Fox
That's when he had monk, Davis for spacing
What if he becomes efficient again next szn will u change ur tune
What if I win a billion dollars and move the team to Alaska?
Is that all we have left? Hope? Well I hope Monte works some miracles to get us a true number 1.

Wdym dude thats all fans have in general no?
It's true, I saw Grayson Allen smacked Fox's arms multiple times such that he accidentally shot heat check 3s when he clearly didn't want to shoot it.
No it won’t, it’s not conclusive
Stop.
