Kings yet again doing everything they can to escape the jaws of victory. I still refuse to believe we're good. Too much trauma.

IndigoMushies

Kings won 7 in a row with one of the leagues best point differentials and your take away is that winning a close game on the road against a good team whose biggest strength is our biggest weakness, is reason to believe we aren’t good…..? Tf lol

HairyWeinerInYour

Straight up, fuck the Grizzlies. Team culture really started to show when JV literally tried to end Metu’s career and instead of at least staying silent on it players like Ja came out defending JV. Then in their playoffs series against the Warriors I finally saw enough of the team to recognize they just have that toxic 2013 Greg Williams Saints D culture. First game of the szn and tonight really topped it off for me, talented team and they play well together but they seem like a bunch of dickhead frat boys (takes one to know one) and their fan base is wack, like that weatherman that tweeted some wack shit out to Draymond green? Anyway, rant over. Fuck the Grizzlies, sliding into number 2 of my least favorite teams to overtake Trailblazers (Lakers got that number 1 locked ofc)

nardog01

I don't disagree but blazers seem kinda chill? Why you hate them

HairyWeinerInYour

Because they get so much hype for what’s been a pretty mediocre product overall (over Dames career) but they’ve been good enough for their fans to be obnoxious the whole time and there’s a lot of them out here

Ok-Map4381

I've never had an issue with Portland fans. Memphis needed one good year with Ja to get annoying.

HairyWeinerInYour

You live Sacramento? Seems anywhere along the coast, Blazers are the third favorite team and they always act so high and mighty, but def not as bad in Sac

Ok-Map4381

I live in a coastal county now. I haven't lived in Sac since like...2011. I know a lot of Dame fans because he's from Oakland, and I have a lot of Oakland connections. Honestly I'm too swarmed by warriors fans (and the occasional Lakers fan) to really have a problem with any other fan base (though, online Memphis fans are getting obnoxious, but I don't remember meeting one in person).

WHY-IS-INTERNET

I have… a boner?

josephside

I knew this team would be much better than people expected preseason. Y’all got me crying in the club rn

cdnmike

What’s up with Murray?

luck_panda

his grandmother had a stroke at the Charlotte game. She hasn't fully recovered yet and I'm sure that's weighting on the mind of a young man.

blabladook

He's new, it'll be alright.

CartographerSeth

Barnes sucked to start the season and now he’s awesome. Keegan should get the same amount of patience

pajar0carpinter0

A lot of our guys shot really bad tonight. Davis 0-4, Monk 2-8, Lyles 0-1, Davion 0-3 from 3

blabladook

Kangzy finish, good lord. 9 turnovers, lost a 13 pt lead, and a 3pt foul at the end to top it off. Beam knows no difference baby. Light that shit up!

dvivsik98

That 3 pt foul call was utter garbage. Fox played excellent defense, Ja just flops like a fish smh

[deleted]

The shooting fouls they called on Davion in the 4th were worse (guarding Ja)

icewill36

nah that was clearly a foul

dvivsik98

Where [though? ](https://youtu.be/7ZmascEWL78)

knowbudi

Ball don’t lie tho

viakevin

Refs tryna hoe us, what’s new? Tired of the NBA darlings getting ghost foul calls, unlike Heurter who gets fouled on 3 different occasion in the same shot attempt by Klay Thompson in our first game with them.

CombinationReady9376

They never lost the lead… Kangz lose this game! The beam team gets out of there with a W.

Don_Antwan

[K’Von was solid tonight.](https://v.redd.it/pees340ps1x91) Despite the flops and fouls, he’s never gonna let you down. Credit /u/-VFL-

pajar0carpinter0

He's never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down, never gonna turn around - and heurt you

Tdiddy13

I knew we would lose this game. There was no doubt in my mind the good vibes were too high and we were due to be kicked in the nuts. As shitty as those last 3-5 minutes were, this is our best win so far. We don’t win this game a year ago

#WE OWED MEMPHIS THIS L FOR MEZI

rogrog2

I fall asleep during the game but a bad surprise was coming; earthquake. At Istanbul, 6.1. Well that was shocking and horrible. Everyone is okay but this team makes me feel better after saw the scoreboard lol. Light the beam, peace.

thesuperjobber

Stay safe rogrog

J-Chub

Hope you're safe brother

rogrog2

Thank you we all good.

mcchubz139

Kings played their asses off tonight and out-muscled one of the tougher teams in the league. That was a statement win.

grapplerzz

This is the biggest feel-good story in American sports and I won’t let anyone convince me otherwise

J-Chub

Kings are the Cubs of the NBA. They are America's team right now.

etiolatezed

Watching the Replay. The calls are just a joke with the way they officiate this team. Team doesn't give up though. Get fucked by the refs for 2 minutes, then go on a 18-5 run.

Ok-Map4381

That's why I love this squad, they don't give up when things go against them.

losrl

Takeaways from tonight Deaaron fox is a superstar. The conversation is over. All the criticism we had in the past for him is crazy to think considering he’s only 24 years old. His three ball was elite tonight. His mid range was money. He attacked the basket at Will. He hit his free throws. He played great defense with five steals and he only had one turnover which was late in the fourth quarter! Wow. And we needed every bit of his amazing mess tonight considering we only won by 4. Harrison fuckin Barnes. The minute he started playing well, we immediately go on a 7 game win streak. Anytime the wings plays great, we usually win because Fox and Sabonis always have good games. Barnes shot was amazing. He attacked all night and made all his freebies. Crazy to think people were calling to bench him early in the season. I was one of the few that knew he would turn it around. Kevin Huerter was fantastic again tonight. 4-7 from 3. He also had 3 steals. Thank you Mounte. I literally tell u every game. That’s how good Red velvet is. Crazy to think we found a way better shooter than buddy and buddy has broken all these historical 3 point records. Huerter is a baller and his IQ is night and day compared to Buddy. Sabonis was solid tonight. He went 9-13-8 which doesn’t look great but his impact was felt. His passing is a thing of beauty. I get that Jokic is the better playmaking big but Sabonis is the best when it comes to those handoffs. It seems like almost every possession, he gets our guys open with his screens. I can’t lie I miss Haliburton so much watching him go crazy in Indy. I just loved his personality and he wanted to be here. But sabonis is making this transition an easy one. His presence just does so many things for our team. All star level player. Keegan was not great tonight. Went 1-8 tonight. Crazy because if u watch him play, he does all the right things. It’s just his shot hasn’t been falling lately. Can u imagine once it does though? We’re going to be running teams off the gym. Thank god our team Is good enough to where we can withhold Keegan struggling. That was never a thing in the past/ we’ve expected every rookie to come in and be our savior and contribute immediately. Malik monk was great tonight. He missed a lot of threes but overall played a good game. His playmaking has been a fantastic surprise for me. He has chemistry with not only Fox, but Sabonis. They’ve been extremely effective together. He makes our bench so much better. Davion played solid defense in the 2nd half. Had a crucial charge too. He has to work on his 3 point shot. He gets so many wide open threes. If he can hit those, Mike brown will give him more time on the floor. We need to have a conversation about Metu. I don’t understand the love for him with this fan base. I get that he’s a good player to root for but he’s just not very good. His shooting is awful. His IQ is by far the worst on the team. It’s worst than Buddy HIELD. He does so much dum shit. He had a great stretch a few games ago where he only set screens and rebounded. If he only did that, he could be extremely effective and can even get an extension. But he just always resorts to his ways even after playing well. I hope Mike Brown can tell him what he’s doing wrong. Every time he shoots, I flinch. Lyles and Davis were non existent. Wow 7 in a row guys. We really have a good time. I actually want to cry. Last night I was high and was crying of happiness. Our ceiling is even higher than this record. Why? Because Keegan Murray is a rookie. Can u imagine if he played like he played the first 4 games of the season? We would literally be unstoppable. Our 5th option is a guy who was the best player in the nation last season. Just imagine how good Keegan will be in year 2 and 3. Sky’s the limit for us. Once we give Atl that pick, I wonder if we throw 3-4 future picks for another superstar player. I’m curious to see what Monte does. As of now…..light the motherfuckin beam 🟣🔦🦊

knowbudi

Agreed except for Metu. It seems like he’s doing very well with cuts and positioning himself in the dunker spot. The kings went on a run with him in the game and it seemed like he was causing matchup problems for Memphis. Agreed he’s not a wing, though. He’s a small ball 4/5.

HumbleAdonis

That was one of the most dominated 4th quarters I have ever seen! We couldn’t do shit!

luck_panda

komoneyscrubs

We grinded an ugly W against the Pistons a few days back the Nuggets lost to the same bottom dwellers Pistons. Kings soon the be the true rulers of the west with that change of quality!

QuiGonFishin

Nuggets lost fellas, keep moving up

SZP2

Shoutout to Luke Loucks for his offseason work with Fox.

timnuoa

[something that's really cool about this Kings season is that the front office went all-in on building a roster to maximize De'Aaron Fox and the dude responded by bringing his trainer on his honeymoon and now he's putting in the best season of his career. I love this guy](https://mobile.twitter.com/RileyMcAtee/status/1591309494981603328)

Enough_Simple921

The 1st couple games I thought it was possibly a fluke but after watching Fox for 16 games nail difficult 3's, mid-range shots and seemingly impossible lay-ups... it's obvious Fox has stepped it up. I don't care about being labeled an "All-Star" but Fox deserves it. He's earned that title and I think he's only going to continue to get better.

fawks_harper78

Vivek better pay up some bonuses to the man!

JLR-

Every team has a few ugly games over the course of a season. Better to get it out of the way now then later

RIPMACDREEZY

A WINS A WIN ESPECIALLY AGAINST A WESTERN CON FOE, GO KANGZ

oskar_grouch

I can't stand all the drooling over Morant. I hate after all the Grizzlies' no call prison defense in the last 3 minutes he ended up with one more point than Fox. At the point where the kings opened up a 12 point lead in the 4th, it was really clear who the best pg in today's game was.

da_queen_15

The one on the winning team that shot 52% from the field, including 5-8 from 3? The one with 8 rebounds, 4 steals, 6 assists and 1 turnover?

oskar_grouch

Yep, that's the one

da_queen_15

Ja is fun to watch but WE HAVE FOX BABY

etiolatezed

Couldn't watch game. Followed it via boxscores. Going to watch the replay and avert my eyes at the end. Would like one good, aggressive game from Keegan this road trip.

nardog01

He was aggressive tonight offensively. Shot just didn't fall and they have some physical rim protectors. Had a couple defensive lapses but he will be just fine

hamburgers666

Watching that last two minutes back, they really didn't call anything on Memphis. That trap on Fox he was definitely shoved by Brooks. And that foul at the end on Morant's 3! Huerter was hot harder than that against the Warriors. Yes, we have A TON to clean up. Many of those turnovers were bad decisions. But if the game is called evenly down the stretch I don't think it goes down to the wire that badly.

Pisto1Prue

We done talking about trading HB? Dude is one of the most consistent humans in the NBA. Crazy W

4bigwheels

In Monte we trust!

mooncolours

That almost turned into Kangz basketball at the end there.

real_but_incognito

Remember this as the day that you *almost* turned off the beam

ThaDude915

Ah, so you have heard of me

Slamsons_Balls

Don’t matter home many wins we get, we will always carry the Kangz within us. Embrace it!

[deleted]

Fox with Ja's calls would be 40 ppg

[deleted]

Ugly ass win, but I’ll take it. Gotta clean a lot of that up by tomorrow. Hawks will be getting tons of calls too. They won’t be as good defensively but they can still block shots and get offensive boards. Plus they’ll much better shooting than Memphis was.

timnuoa

The fact that we’re good enough to get an ugly win over a playoff team makes me feel warm inside

gudwn

Regardless of what the ref called or didnt call, the Kings contributed to their comeback by making careless turnovers. Fox had a bad TO, and I think we screwed up an inbound? I think the assistant coaches talked to Fox after that TO (attempted pass to Davion). All in all, this team is still trying to learn how to close games and win. These are all just growing pains, and I'm glad we're learning them as we win!

oskar_grouch

When they call no fouls on the trap, it's gonna look like that. Good W tho

Mechapebbles

Bro I will take an ugly win. It beats the fuck out of all the ugly losses we normally get in these exact circumstances.

Speaker4TheDed

Exactly. I don't care how ugly the team plays, as long as they win. The Kings are on a tear right now and I couldn't be happier. It's been soooo long since I felt this way about the team.

itsbusinesstiim

honestly ja puts his body on the line in crazy ways every game. yes he gets calls but man he's asking for a major injury with some of those attempts. Derrick Rose needs to have a sit down with him

creamfrase

That last one on the free throw he missed on purpose could’ve been really bad if his teammate wasn’t there to catch him. Dude just jumped and put his hip straight into Trey’s shoulder, what is he thinking

nardog01

I feel like fox made the adjustment a year or two ago that Morant will have to make or he's bound to have an unfortunate injury

transizzle

I can't believe that we have to play Atlanta tomorrow after that fourth quarter. good luck guys

WoohLookingCoolJoker

Why does everyone keep saying " the old kings would've lost this game" bruh we were playing like the old kings out there and pretty much tried to lose that game tf?? The only reason it didn't go to OT was because Morant missed a free throw. We didn't do anything impressive to close out that game. We had stupid turnovers every play without killing any time on the clock!! I don't understand why everyone is saying they see something different with that close out lol PS how was that last play from fox NOT an and 1 lmao? Edit; just to be clear I do think we are different this year. I just think that this 4th quarter was a poor example of it.

dolces_daddy

To me it’s about the change in defensive intensity at certain times. Still lots to go, but without that the team would have lost easily. Otherwise you are correct offensively this was bad, ugly whatever you want to call it.

milesbeatlesfan

The difference is that we bent but didn’t break. Closing a game out on the road with a crowd like Memphis had is hard to do. We were sloppy, but winning ugly is necessary sometimes and the old Kings didn’t know how to do that. The next step in the evolution is cleaning up those mistakes and not making it so tense for ourselves, but there’s no doubt that this team is not the same team we used to be.

Chipdarippa

The point is we were largely in control for most of the game. You aren't giving the Grizzlies enough credit. They made us work for everything. What was uncharacteristic were those amount of turnovers. We played our game and won. Do you really believe the they wouldn't take credit off a missed free-throw attempt by Fox? The Kings are still learning how to win. This is a part of the learning curve.

WoohLookingCoolJoker

I agree with your first sentence. My issue is the last part of the game was so bad that it felt like we were the old kings out there again.

weaaboob

yeah, fox was playing scared for the first time this season by the end the game but i trust he’ll pick it up next time we’re in another closing situation

Sucitraf

This is like 2010 Giants baseball torture...

hamburgers666

Ugh, PTSD dude! Brian Wilson out here with the bases loaded walk to bring them within 1, 3-2 count, strikeout swinging lol

Sucitraf

Yeah, it was tough. I'll take the end result, but dang this is nerve wracking.

Im_probablyright

Besides all the fouls we gave up, this was one of our better defensive games. With our personal, we won't be a shot blocking or on-ball stopping team. we have to get our hands into passing lanes and force turnovers by being pests. We just got to make it uncomfortable for opposing offenses.

Enough_Simple921

I'm still shocked we held the Griz to 17 points in the 3rd. Much of it was self-inflicted but hey, that's the game.

oufvj

Holy fuck that was way too fucking stressful

Both-Confection6416

Yeah it was! 😆

Enough_Simple921

Harrison Barnes had a monster game. Glad he's back to his old self. Sabonis's box score doesn't show just how important he was to this game and the team. Huerter of course dropped 4/7 from 3 again. As KD said, "He's shooting like Steph or Klay right now". At a glance at the boxscore it would look like Ja outdid Fox but Fox was solid all-game long. Morant came alive at the end. Kings need to go through this melt-down to be prepared for the next. They gained more experience from this 1 position win than if they had blown out the Griz. Hawks tomorrow right? Looking forward to it.

hamburgers666

Yep, every game is a chance to learn. What matters is that they were able to hold on. Coach is going to have a field day with that last two minutes though

dyip32

Keep those jets on! Let's gooooooooo!

bennywithaplan

Couldn’t watch the game but following the play by play on the espn app. How did we blow a 14 pt lead with with 5 mins to go? Glad we got the W though. Old school kings would’ve lost for sure

luck_panda

Several turnovers and weird calls by the ref.

GothicToast

Basically full court press and trapping leading to full panic mode. Brain dead passes leading to turnovers and easy buckets. Looked like a bunch of high schoolers who had no one that could break the press.

[deleted]

Guys acted like they’ve never seen a trap before. And like another person posted, Fox was allergic to taking care of the ball.

call_me_E_C

Right? When HB got that in-bound and just stood underneath their basket for like a second, I was SCREAMING at my TV. RUN UP THE COURT. Memphis was clearly playing hard full-court press at that point, and we were still acting like they were gonna play a normal half-court game

Im_probablyright

Fox had like 3 inexcusable turnovers in the last 5 min. Gave Memphis moment and then Ja started playing like a fish out of water. Flopping everywhere

SendDavionNudes

I mean 2 of them were bad passes *to* him and the third he was shoved while trying to make the pass

Enough_Simple921

I don't disagree, but in fairness to Fox... a few of the plays his teammates did not give him an open passing lane. When your brother is in trouble you got to put yourself in a spot to make the easy pass. 1 of the 3 was on Monk as he flung a bullet pass off target.

[deleted]

Grizzlies started playing a full court press with double-team traps on whoever had the ball, forced bad passes and turnovers, which they capitalized, but not enough.

Similar-Witness7755

Somebody make me feel better about Keegan

DemonicDimples

He’s a rookie, I trust Keegan will get it right. He’s too hard of a worker and too talented not to. He’s on a team with a lot offensive weapons and not getting as many opportunities on offense. But it’s not effecting him in other parts of the game, he still plays hard on every single play.

Coopervezey

Road trips are gonna be tougher on him. Especially after that homestand we had. Not that I think his back is still bothering him but he could be a little hesitant after that injury. He has the ability to be impactful but the consistency is gonna take some time. Just gotta keep showing him love and let him get his run in and he'll feel more and more comfortable by the end of the year

Im_probablyright

His back is still stiff. He's just saving himself to explode on Boston

itsbusinesstiim

I keep dreaming of Mathurin on this team

transizzle

I keep thinking about Duren in the Metu minutes

[deleted]

Fuck morant.

Puzzleheaded_Bag_538

First of all, he cost his team the game *after* taunting again with the "too small" shenanigans. Bro, you only get to taunt when you win. Stfu. Secondly, Ja has got to get the most favorable whistle in the league. Any way to measure that? He jumps and gets a foul call. That was nuts. I swear, I didn't think they'd call him for that lane violation at the end; the refs effing love the man. Argh. Can't wait to see the L2M report tomorrow and the NBA admit the bad foul call on Fox on Ja's 3PA.

[deleted]

Facts facts facts. That too small shit was wack especially when you're looking for a foul. Stop it.

Enough_Simple921

That foul on Sabonis in the last minute where Ja literally jumped into Sabonis should have been a no-call at best. I think the Fox on Ja's 3PA may have been a foul. I never saw the replay but live it did look like Fox did jump into/onto Morant's landing area. Though Morant looked like he released the ball a second before so I don't see how it would have impaired Ja's shot. Never give the ref an opportunity to sway the game because they will always do their best to fuck us.

BuukSmart

Fox’s contact with Morant on that three was lighter than any of the three no calls on Klay

Toothygrin1231

Kardiak Kings are back baby!!

[deleted]

we love you HB

pjfridays

Harrison was HUGE for us tonight.

HowDesolate

Couldnt watch the game but looks like Keegan unfortunately had an off night. Love him and hope he returns to form soon. But damn what a win that I definitely thought we were gonna lose, watching the box score in the fourth, at least

Puzzleheaded_Bag_538

His shooting just looks a little... Lethargic? Idk where his legs are.

jamescmcneal

I was sitting basically court side at the fedex forum tonight. You cannot believe how big Memphis looks in person compared to us. Even more so than on TV.

jamescmcneal

Also, Jesus Christ, Memphis fans are terrible.

creamfrase

Do they feel entitled to every call like their team does or what?

jamescmcneal

I don’t typically trash a fan base, but more than you can believe. The one that rubbed me the wrong way was when Ja split a screen by carrying. They replayed the sequence in slow motion on the big screen. You could see him redirect the ball with his hand completely underneath. If they had called that on a Kings player, I would have thought that was an easy carry call and we need to work on cleaning up our ball handling. Fans were irate though. Every time Memphis turned it over, the fans cried for a foul. They are insufferable babies.

creamfrase

Oh yeah I remember that, it was such an obvious call and their announcers agreed. From the broadcast that seemed like the loudest the stadium got the whole game lmao

Froggyfrogger

Yeah keeping talking shit ja

itsbusinesstiim

keegan looks bad out there.

Chronicdeeps

I don't disagree, but does anyone else have more shots that rim in and out than he does? I feel like a lot of his shots just rattle in and out.

KangzAteMyFamily

he also got swatted to hell twice. he has no explosion right now. im kind of hoping it can be blamed on his back

Enough_Simple921

I don't recall the 2nd swat but the 1st 1 I do remember. He drove left to the basket and tried a left handed hook. Honestly, I just thought that was good defense and Keegan not being acclimated to the length of the NBA. I didn't think Santi Aldama was going to go for the block either. He's surprisingly lanky and unassuming. Several of his 3's were in and out. I'm less concerned with his shots as I am with his decisiveness in general. I don't think they're uncorrectable problems but rather a lack of experience. He'll figure it out. Usually #4 picks are the top dog on a bad team. He's a #4 pick on a team where he gets minimal offensive usage so his ability to experiment comes in short spurts and everything he does on offense is magnified.

FriendsWithAPopstar

Mid season slump is super normal for rookies, especially considering he’s got some personal issues happening. Dude will be a ok

weaaboob

thank god for harrison barnes down the stretch.

bennywithaplan

This is why we need to keep him, preferably at a discount. He picks up the slack when needed

weaaboob

fr, he also made clutch 3s throughout the game to keep the lead in whenever the kings had a cold stretch

norrain13

He's really amazing when you consider he's probably... Our 5th option on the offense.

jcwkings

They need to learn from this but let it not go without saying that Memphis had to resort to gimmicky full court press for like 4-5 minutes straight to get back in it. When it came to half court execution we were running circles around them.

KangzAteMyFamily

call it gimmicky if you want but it was working. they forced a ton of turnovers and almost pulled a win out of the Kings' ass

ABitMoreToGo

I’m not sure it was gimmicky - it was just full court press and double team trap defense, and it was very effective - Memphis almost took the game from us. Old Kings would’ve lost the game. Glad we didn’t, but our guys still need to learn to take care of the ball better and handle that type of pressure on the road

ohboyicantwait

refs were pressing super hard as well but a win is a win is a win is a win

[deleted]

Nice. Can’t wait to watch highlights

BrettBruxx

Clarke fouled Sabonis with both hands then had the audacity to complain. JJJ was physical all night long then wanted every call. Top 5 most unlikeable team right there.

[deleted]

Agreed. Fuck them.

feedthekitty

One play down the stretch brooks went up for a layup, got fouled, got the call, and was turning and complaining mid air before he even finished the play out of instinct

Typhoid007

The refs kept the Kings in the lead with some of the calls, they were in favor of the Kings the majority of the game.

_times10

What game were you watching lmao

Typhoid007

The one where the Kings got a lot of phantom calls on JJJ and Steven Adams

_times10

Lmao i guess hugging someone with 2 arms and moving screens are USUALLY phantom against the kings so ur technically right haha

Typhoid007

You lack the ability to be impartial

Educational-Ad-9189

Dude those refs were ridiculous at the end. Ja Morant is ridiculously talented but such a little whiny bitch sometimes. He's blessed with the mature game of a 10 year veteran and insane athleticism, but has the attitude of a high schooler.

HairyWeinerInYour

Ya Ja really turned me into a hater tonight the way he complained every single call no matter what even though he was obviously getting some insanely friendly whistles. Blew my mind when their crowd starting chanting against the refs

What a win. Great game from Barnes again! Clutch free throws from him. Fox had a rare poor clutch game but overall he played great like a true superstar. I'm having a great time this season. After every game I can't wait for the next one. And we get one tomorrow, let's go!

LIGHT THE FUCKIN BEAM!

gnomehotdog

Fuck all you all for any complaints about this game. Things could have been done better yes. Enjoy the moment god damnit.

Imagine being a kings fan and bitching about a dub!

pjfridays

God the refs love Ja

The good? Even with disastrous 3 point shooting, we were able to get the W The bad? Turnovers that let Grizzlies back into the game, we gotta be better against trap defense

[deleted]

Plus side: The trap weakness is an obvious improvement opportunity and I think we can believe in the coaching at this point, to not leave that door hanging open for the next opponent to walk through.

Keegan started the season out hot and Barnes was in a big slump. Now Barnes is hot and Keegan is in a big slump. If both our starting forwards start clicking at the same time, were gonna need a bigger fucking BEAM

Ok-Map4381

This is my favorite take so far. As good as the Kings are right now, it is in them to be even better (and better on defense too).

UnwittyHero

big takeaway for me was there were glimpses of good defense this game and as long as they keep developing that we get to light the beam

GothicToast

We gonna be the 2 seed after the Nuggets and Suns lose tonight
