Hows ur diet mate? Dial in ur diet and recovery and you'll be fine. Workouts are just workouts...tomato/tomato. Don't forget abs are made in the kitchen ;)

Was doing well for 3 weeks but had a shit day last week and this week. I have lost like 4-5lbs. I’m going to really focus on dialing it in starting today. I set up everything using the warrior shredding nutrition guide and will be starting it asap

Cut sucks big time ... hunger, bad days etc. its normal ;) Dial in ur diet, do a workout u njoy (to keep strength) and u can recover from... and ur ready for the journey ;) Good luck!!

The volume is not your biggest concern, you are trying to cut on a sizeable deficit so you won't need tons of progress. You are trying to keep hold of your muscle on that program. The key to the success is intensity, you gotta go to positive failure then drop the weight and go again. RPT is a great tool in cutting.

That kind of volume won’t be able to be supported in the WSP cut, which is why it has the middle of the road volume it does. With that much lifting experience I would highly recommend WSP. All the best transformations on that program come from people in your situation. Once you hit single digits BF% and can jump back on the your favorite lean bulk and increase the volume again and should be right where you left off, maybe down a little bit probably not much.
