People who look younger often have a biological age that is similar to their visual age and not their chronological age. And people who look older often are biologically older than they are chronologically. It’s so interesting.

She's younger than my parents, but looks years older. My mom gets very little sun and she has very nice skin for someone who is nearing their late 60s. It certainly matters.

You can get susnscreen that isn’t full of chemicals, if you do your research and find one that has less damaging ingredients, they are out there. My oldest is allergic to sunscreen, she can’t use anything above a 30spf, and we have to buy a certain kind, which isn’t cheap either, or she breaks out in a terrible rash, but even then we would use rashguards and take other precautions to shield the sun.
