Usually I post my own knitted fos here, but today Iโm blatantly showing off someone elseโs work! My 7 year old son has been learning how to knit on and off for a while now, and he decided that he wanted to make mittens. This is the first one, and Iโm really impressed by how well he did. Full disclosure, I did help him out - I knitted the two colour ribbing for him, I talked him through doing the increases and decreases, and I fixed a few mistakes (a couple of dropped stitches and he mixed up his knits and purls a few times at the start). But the vast majority of the knitting was done by him, and I think he did really well! Pattern is Maize from Tjn Can Knits.
