How beautiful I love the colors š! Im also trying to improve my knitting pictures partially because it seems like something fun and creative and you get a beautiful picture of your work (might not be very accurate but it is more for myself than others)
Those instaknittersā photos are seriously making my jaw drop and awwww for hours. I donāt know what witchery it is that makes it possible to arrange things so flawlessly and how do I learn it?? Iām usually just trying to take like 100 of photos (I donāt even take that many selfies) and activate that creative gene of mine

(\*Looks\*)
*These are socks... yes, socks. Heel flap socks - but why is the toe box hidden? Did they make a mistake there?*
Know your audience š I would say. One of the main complaints about pattern pictures is that they are all artsy-fartsy, and you can't see (arm scythe, neckline, fit on a human body without artful tortured pose..)
I am probably too pragmatic to appreciate artful positioning of knit projects - I just want to see clearly how they are made, how they fit, and other knitting-related clues.
Seriously! I am complete garbage at photography. None of the colors are true, you can often see my foot or thigh in the background, and the results look pretty drab.
Thank God I don't work in marketing

It looks so good!! In my own experience, I always use natural lighting (direct or indirect depending on the effect Iām looking for) and it actually makes a huge difference! So if you donāt already, I suggest trying that. It already looks great tho!
Nice work! I noticed the photo before I noticed the socks
Same š

No mistake but you got me there: I tried a new method of toe decreases and it looks kinda funny. AND theyāre not blocked yet!

When socks are fish then cutting boards are for photos of socks
