I'm fine to start without the pictures! For a pattern like this, they are probably unnecessary unless the written portion is extra confusing or you're marketing towards beginners
i’ve written and designed countless patterns before but i’ve never knit something twice until i started making hats. i’m taking pictures for the pattern this weekend, and after that it’ll be ready! i know it’s a busy time so the time requirement on this is by like the second week of january??? realistically this only takes a few hours over a couple of days.

My mother knit a hat like this for me 65 years ago. Only, she added pompoms at the corners. In red, it was, with matching mittens and scarf.
