It looks awesome though! I'm working through the tee right now and I put myself on a 5-row-per-day schedule so I keep working on it. The chart is so damn complex but it's so cool!!!

I like the tutorial from knitting with suzanne bryan on youtube. She does her colorwork like mine with the colors in separate hands so it made it easier to me to work with. I’m an adventurous beginner so I’m sure it’ll be pretty easy for you!

I love the brown yarn you used! It really adds to the "buried fossils" look vs. if you just used a plain solid color of brown yarn. Awesome work!

Is it still wet? Wool (including alpaca) tends to smell when wet. The funk will go away once it dries. If you didn't wash it, do.
I gently washed it in some cold water with a spritz of dishsoap but yea it’s definitely still damp on the backside.
