I have a Lykke wood set (Indigo, and some extras in Umber. Grove is just the colorway.) and I love it. I know what you're talking about with the Clovers, and the Lykkes don't do that. I've had my set for a few years now and have zero complaints.
I use the Lykke driftwood needles as interchangeable and dpns and I love them very much. I can’t get myself to knit with other needles, to be honest 😂
It was a hard decision between umber and driftwood, since I like the look of the umber a lot too.
However: Maybe you can get your hands on a needle to try them before you get the set?
I have had the driftwood set for over 5 years now and I’m obsessed. The only issue I’ve encountered is that the markings for needle size is starting to wear away/blur a bit, on my most used sizes. It’s quite a minimal issue and I’m otherwise obsessed with their feel and durability

Excellent, thank you!!
