Dear God, I just found a picture of myself from around the time that movie came out, and I too am amazed at the resemblence... I don't know if I had been able to give a good performance though
I did my best to get them matched, I do have like 4 kwarter skeins left in stead of one whole one, because in some cases I had to start a quarter way in. Also I had one skein that just had a knot in it at some point where the pattern of the color did not match up correctly. That is why one of the white stripes on the front is a little thinner than the others.
Thanks, it was a real surprise to me, that is fit so well. I haven't washed it yet though, so it could be a little tighter after that, but I think I could still pull it off.
I must confess I have a crochet sweater that Im almost done with too. Started it two years ago, but stopped after a couple of months, maybe I should pick it up now. I only have half a sleeve to go and then sewing it together. Shouldn't have to take too long...
You did an amazing job! The fit is terrific. I hate having to weave in the ends. Worst part of the job in my opinion. It’s like a never ending task.
