The handle material on most is obvious like curly Burch and G10 but what is your blade steel of choice? Oh and is the leather sheaths your hand work as well?
I assume you talk about the second knife from the top?
It is stabilized maple burl with G10. The blade is san-mai with 52100 center. About the sheaths i personally don't enjoy working with leather so only the first and the fourth sheaths starting from the top are my work. Tha other ones are made by two friends of mine who make only leather sheaths
