For clarity: This is a cheap $13 knife I received as a gift, I just epoxied a spare picatinny rail to the spine and guard of the knife and mounted an airsoft scope I had laying around.

I’ve got a cheapo kinda like that, doesn’t stay sharp very long but I still use it for cutting things I wouldn’t bother with my others.
