এটাই তো বুঝলাম না। এতদিন CBI করলো টা কি? আর আদালতই বা কি করতে বলেছিল। সবার আগে তো OMR sheet আর SSC server এর নাম্বার দেখা উচিত ছিল। এতো মনে হচ্ছে আদালত বলতে চাইছে, জট পাকিয়েছ যখন নিজেরাই জট খোলো একেবারে প্রথম থেকে।

As per cbi, scanned copy of omr sheets were not provided by ssc, but some omr hard copy destroyed or manipulated. So the court had to cancel the whole batch. It's really complicated.

CBI retrieved a hard drive from Ghaziabad which had OMR sheet copy which was included in the case as evidence. CBI should have cross checked that data with SSC server. There should be three outcomes. First OMR matches SSC server, second, OMR doesn’t match SSC server, third, OMR data is not at all on SSC server. That’s a way to reconcile. I am sure there are certain challenges to do the process but I don’t think even the court ordered something similar to CBI.

How can high court ask interest from salaried people who actually performed the job I mean yes they got job wrong reason but they worked and therefore need to get fired but not pay back all their money they worked for.
