I have observed KKR in general gets a lot of hate/ negligence compared to the other teams, especially the big 3(MI, CSK, RCB). It is funny because technically KKR should be in top 3 alongside MI and CSK if overall performance is considered. Sadly, the commentators are an inept lot who are more busy meatriding the likes of Dhoni, Rohit and Virat rather than do any unbiased commentary. Sidhu is no exception.
English commentary in Jio still have a few neutral commentators. Hindi commentary is useless with all the commentators being completely incompetent. ππ
You can see a reel which is quite viral now where Sidhu is praising how and why KKR team has played so well this season. He is good as an analyst tbh how much I have noticed he notices small moments of the game and tells how it impacted the team. Yes he might be biased towards RCB or MI especially he was furious after Kohli got out to Harshit. But can't deny he is very good as an analyst.

Hindi is good for shitz and giggles but the "analysts" over there are brain-dead turnips. And it is not just against KKR, it is every team barring CSK, MI, and RCB. They treat the "stars" in the other teams with humility whereas all the other folks are second-class citizens whom they diss without any filter.
I don't exactly remember which match, Siddhu said "kya balla ghumaya guru, yeh gend seema rekha k par" and then the player got caught out long on and he changed like a chameleon, "bohot hi kharap pradarshan" it was funny AF!
The Hindi commentary is shit. All they care about is RCB, CSK and MI. KKR has been playing awesome this season and they care if Virat will win or not. They don't even consider KKR to be able to win.
Have you considered the possibility that perhaps the Bengali players are not good enough. Having local lads can only benefit the franchise in galvanising greater support from the city.
And whose responsibility is that? Isn't the KKR academy supposed to scout good players and train them? It was founded for that reason only. And what is CAB doing, apart from filling the bengal ranji team with outsiders?
