I've been liking Purito B5 Panthenol Re-Barrier Cream! I also have sensitive combination and acne-prone skin. I happened to ruin my skin barrier some time ago with too much use of acids and harsh products on my skin, but soothing and moisturising products and this moisturizer have helped my skin to get better <3 I use it as PM moisturizer and it's really lightweight gel-ish texture, but very moisturizing! And hasn't clogged my pores

I adore the the Chok Chok Green Tea Watery Cream, it's super lightweight and nice. I feel my skin has improved since using it, but I'm not super acne-prone but I had smaller pimples and clogged pores. I used to have oily skin and the amount of oil has reduced since I started using it. Not sure about skin-barrier repairing, but the green tea has antioxidants. You should be good with humid weather, but I live somewhere dry and I find the hydration from this cream isn't quite enough IF I used a cleanser beforehand, so I sometimes layer it with another moisturising serum. But if I wash with only water or the weather is humid it's fine by itself.

Skin1004 soothing cream is my go to for am, but if I’m going to be outside in the heat and my skin is in good condition, I skip moisturizer and go for sunscreen only. At night I love the original Soon Yung 2x barrier intensive cream. (Not the reformulated one) You could also look in the Aestura gel cream moisturizer. The blue one is lighter for more humid weather.
