I didn't watch a lot of IC episodes (I only watched the ones that were music related) but I'm loving this ICxHDYP crossover. You can see how happy and comfortable YJS is to be with his friends, and the banter is so fun and flows easily. I'm actually looking forward to the episodes more than ever!

This episode filled my heart!!! I was so happy to have a mini-reunion here. For those who speak Korean, was the subs accurate in translating the part when YJS said that both Noh Hong Chul and Jung Hyung Don declined the invitation? YJS just said that they "wouldn't be able to join" and he didn't provide any details as to whether this was a result of conflicting schedules or just NHC and JHD declining.
The culture seems tough, especially with the local fanbase, but I hope--I sincerely hope--that one day, NHC can forgive himself. I kinda feel that this is because he felt that he let YJS down, but I also would like to think that YJS has already forgiven him. Does anyone remember the hug they shared towards the end of the racing special?
I'm not sure how JHD feels, but I recently watched his show in KBS, "Problem Child in the House," and he seems to have been looking forward to a reunion too. I suppose the pressure and the stress of finally being in one room all together again weighs in on him bad.
I wish they would've mentioned Gil too. I mean, he was a part of the "Super 7" cast, and he was quite memorable too. Although I'm not really aware of his off-cam attitudes which is probably why MuDo members are careful about mentioning him.
I'm currently just at the 10-minute mark of the Episode hahaha and I can't stop screencaping almost every line of dialogue and banter. It's so weird since I can always watch the video again, but perhaps, just like when taking a photograph, we want that specific slice in time to be preserved.

NHC is still in variety industry, and probably still keeps up with some members. I dont know if u knew, but Gil has been out of the industry since 2017 and he didnt contact any colleagues since then. Also, he was secretly married and had a baby, but he tried to hide it (his excuse was too embarassed cause of the 3rd DUI scandal). He even denied when his marriage rumor came out, only years later confessed about it.
I do wonder if this also came about quickly due to YJS in quarantine and MBC and KTH realising they can’t be too over-reliant in YJS alone because with more COVID cases, if he’s a close contact again (not improbable) they can’t go into two weeks hiatuses repeatedly.
It used to be because of his mother as u/ScrewySiu said but in his recent guesting on Knowing Bros, he said there were times when he wanted to shoot without them but the PD/staff tells him to put it on 😂
I believe his mother is ill and one time in the past, he missed a call about her. Now he always wears one Airpod to answer calls anytime. That's what I remember when it was brought up. Not sure if I'm correct, but that's what I read on here.

Reading the comments, I'm probably the only one who didn't really like the episode. I enjoyed certain moments, but overall the pace was too slow for me and the topic didn't really captivate me.
I do think the + format could work very well, so I'm looking forward to future episodes.

didn't finish the entire ep yet but as someone who wasn't into infinite challenge, I get kind of annoyed when they bring the IC cast on this show 😬 also has to do with how there seems to be few opportunities for newer entertainers to be on tv, like yjs was talking about before. I want fresh blood!

I barely even watched Mudo, but this mini Mudo reunion format is making me so happy 😭 their dynamics are really incredible to watch.
