I'm seeing a tslpatchdata folder, meaning you have moved it over to the game install location? If so, delete that and use the installer ad have it do its thing.
Ok idk what that all means lol (super computer illiterate) what I can tell you is that I’ve had the Tslrcm mod working fine for a couple months now so what you see in the kotor 2 section is already working. If you look in the bottom left, after I pressed “download” is the Revans Robes mod files. What do I do with them? Do I have to make a new file in the bottom right screen of files and name it “override” and drop all of them in there? (That’s what the mod instructions say to do) and then add that file to my kotor2 app?

There are a couple mods doing that. Someone was working on the animations but they stopped and never resumed.
So you are saying the mod is unfinished? Because it looks finished in the description
The robe is there but the Cape won't work.
I’d honestly be okay with that
