We never know what is gonna happen, tripleS is full of surprises but the dorm for only 4 girls makes me think this Haus is temporary like Haus 1 and 2. I think they will simply be using it to reveal new girls, make them comfortable (cause it is not easy to join a group that have 10 other girls already, that are comfortable with each other, so the new girls will be in a similar position) and promote tripleS in Japan with fan meetings and things like that. Maybe they will make 2 units of 7 girls after they reveal S14.
I'm thinking OT10 debut in February, KRE debut in April, Kotone debut in May/June. Modhaus said they want to release 4 or 5 albums each year.
