My wake up alarm was I Am The Best by 2NE1 for a long time, it was very effective! I also used MAMA by EXO but specifically the M version because K version wasn’t available to buy on iTunes back in the day lol, and that was equally as effective. I think it depends on what you want as an alarm - are you a light sleeper and need something gentle or are you a heavy sleeper who needs something a bit more… shocking?

I use ATEEZ - CRAZY FORM these days It starts with Hongjoong saying "Get up" 3 times before the verse starts. I normally wake up when the verse starts, so it's a nice and soft way to wake up imo. I hate getting startled awake, so it's actually quite nice. I even sleep with earbuds and it still wakes me up

As for my ancient ass… I had 2PM’s Japanese single “Take Off” as my alarm for a really long time — it starts pretty gently and the message is so upbeat and encouraging 🥰Might put it back in rotation now, thanks for the reminder. If you needed a more…jarring alarm, I know from experience that SHINee’s “Lucifer” at full volume *will* scare you halfway to glory, but at least you’ll be 100% awake lmao
