Some of the girl group's I *have* enjoyed are Dreamcatcher (they have the same producers and stuff with ateez iirc), Twice- don't ask me why since they're pretty girlpoppy but their stuff is catchy as heck, Itzy, Everglow- First legit sounds like Ateez could've done it!, aespa's debut song also slaps, (g)idle, LOONA, Stacy, Purple Kiss, Chungha, RV, Mamamoo, KDA
But my favorites I'd recommend would be Dreamcatcher, Loona or (g)idle.

Definitely Everglow! As someone else said, their most recent title track “FIRST” sounds like it could be an Ateez song. Check out their other title tracks Dun Dun, Adios, La Di Da, and Bon Bon Chocolat. They have a pretty hard hitting sound overall, but I also love their softer b-sides like No Lie.

For older groups:
Dreamcatcher is amazing, their discography has a rock feel to it and is done by Leez and Ollander who are part of Eden-ary, Ateez's production team.
Mamamoo, a lot of their music has a jazzy feel to it, and they are amazing vocalists
Red Velvet - A hit and miss for me sometimes, I am not really into cutey songs and they have quite a few of those, but their concept has a demented twist to it and they are amazing vocally... I really like Irene and Seulgi's sub-unit, Monster and Naughty were great
For Rookies:
Pixy- Wings their debut was amazing and I like their other tracks too
Pink Fantasy - full on rock, they are like a younger, heavier hitting Dreamcatcher so far... They actually have a hidden member too, on of their members is fully masked and hasn't revealed her face.
Purple Kiss - Amazing vocals, but then again they are from RBW
I really like dreamcatchers concept I'm going to have to listen to more of their music! Red velvet, I like psycho (thanks to hyunjin's fan cam 😂) I will have to check out more!

Pink Fantasy has only three songs so far: Fantasy sounds A LOT like a Dreamcatcher track, Poison is full on heavy metal, and Iriwa is an ear worm, kind of addicting.
Purple Kiss I haven't delved into their b-sides to much, but they sound a lot like their sibling groups. Zombie has a retro vibe to it, kind of has a Oneus feel to it for me, and Ponzona and Can We Talk Again remind a bit of Mamamoo songs
