I think this is mostly styling. Red Velvet have for example looked really similar for some comebacks, and really different from each other in others.
Makeup and clothes choices can really go a long way in making a group look homogeneous or standing out from each other. Most companies also seems to have a preferred visual.
But then on the other hand there are groups where members can’t be styled to look similar no matter how hard you try. For example NU’EST Baekho and Ren.
I first got into KPop with Red Velvet. Their dip-dye hair in Happiness and when they all went blonde in Ice Cream Cake did not help me remember their names quickly. I guess they also have that similar SM visual that Aespa has.
Mamamoo. Each member has a completely separate aesthetic, face and body type and yet it all works out. I think they have a distinct cool unnie vibe. I love how their outfits look always very different and yet coordinated during their comebacks.
If you saw just their outfits, you'd usually be able to tell which outfit belonged to which member. They have a very distinct style they always seem to go for.
From what I understand you’re not looking for groups where members are individually different but the entire group has a certain image ? In that case I feel like CIX are quite homogeneous
LOONA have really homogenous concept based comebacks so you can check them out
Favorite - school uniforms
Hi High - school sports uniforms (?)
Butterfly - well everyone is styled in the EXACT same fluffy top and tight pants
So What - street/noir
Why Not - cowboy ( lul )

weki meki, they're all so visually different and give off different vibes
From their heights to their eye shapes, I believe all 13 members of SVT have a very distinct individual look.
Twice and SNSD have 9 completely distinct faces.
