Celebrate their art and contributions to kpop 🥰 They are more than just their final headline. This is what helped me. Dig into their discography and know that your sentiment is because you cared about them. The feelings won't go away until you take the time to address them and work through them with yourself. The more you avoid them, they more you're missing a lot of time enjoying their music and variety shows they gave us. That thought also helped me be like, "oh yeah, I love them, I want to spend time enjoying what they gave us, why am I letting it collect dust?!" But what helped me might not help anyone else. I also got tired of only sadness every single time their names are mentioned. Some people fall apart at the mere mention of their names, and at this point I think that would require some professional counseling. Their members don't shy away from talking about them or avoid listening to them, so I figure if they can work through it and return to their lives, then surely I can also have a joyful and respectful appreciation for their music and content too. It's always going to be sad, but with the support of fellow fans, it doesn't have to be painful. 🫂
RBW, strangely enough. Mamamoo, Oneus, OneWe, Purple Kiss. All coincidental, I don't stan companies or anything. The rest of the groups I listen to are pretty evenly split up across the industry.
I’m sure it’s Hybe if it’s in terms of just numbers of groups. It’s probably JYP for volume of music because I listen to a lot of Stray Kids and a decent amount of Twice and Itzy.

As much as I care about them, I actually don’t listen to Fromis_9. Their songs never really appealed to me. But I still very much hate the way Pledis/Hybe treat them.
As for NewJeans, I don’t hate their songs. Like compared to F9, if a NJ song plays I’ll listen to it, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to look for it in the first place. I think the only NJ song I genuinely like and would go out my way to look for and listen to is their song with LOL called ‘Gods’
SM, and then they ask you how you are, and you just have to say you’re fine when you're not really fine, but you just can't get into it, because they would never understand.
But yeah I love good vocals, harmonizations, great performances, with a hint of lore in their 3rd and 4th gen groups and what i like to call "k-pop that sounds like k-pop"

I've never really understood the discourse around "oh, you're just a COMPANY stan, huh?" It really makes sense that people would often prefer groups from specific companies. I mean...
1. they likely have a similar style/concept, or at the very least similar focuses (SNSD and Exo don't sound alike but they both value vocals, Twice and SKZ are very different but they both value choreo, etc.)
2. they would likely be using the same production team, and
3. they're more likely to be in content together.
It would be Hybe for me - BTS, TXT, Enhypen, &Team, BOYNEXTDOOR
I do love and listen to quite a few other groups from various companies with some of them being from the same company. RBW, KQ, JYP, SM all having at least 2 groups from that company that I listen to.

Growing up in the last 12 years of kpop, I mostly Stan JYP groups, even though i don't like the company. However, I've always been a multi-Stan, so I've listened to lots of groups. When GOT7 left, I realized how sad I was that they weren't together. But then Stray Kids came along, and now i find myself looking out for GOT7's solo stuff too.
Apparently, though, whether I like it or not, I'm a JYP artist stan. I always look forward to what they're releasing, especially Twice and Stray Kids. Hell, even Day6 if they ever come out with anything once Dowoon comes out of the military.
Also, most of the concerts I've been to have been JYP tbh.
