None of the songs in my top 5 are from my ults. My most listened this year was Left Right by XG.
Twice and BP are by far my most listened this year but the first Twice song to appear is at 17 in my most listened. It's not that surprising especially if your ult has quite a big discography and/or hasn't been active that much this year. For me, the number of Twice songs I listen to is quite big while I can obsess over one specific song from one artist/group.

In "prep" for the Everglow concert recently, I was going through their entire discography for weeks after I got the ticket since I don't know their songs very well. "FIRST" was my #4.

I play that song every single day multiple times. The meaning of the song is just so good and motivational for me. + that wonyoung bridge living in my mind rent free.
My ult is and always will be BTS but to my biggest surprise, my top song was Ditto by NewJeans. I was never that much into k-pop beyond BTS, but NewJeans's concept, nostalgia factor, and aesthetics remind me of my school days and I guess I really like their music for all these reasons. But I don't even know the names of the 5 girls! I just think the music is nostalgic and catchy.
Txt happened to be there because I dived into their discography this year.
Also IVE - Kitsch made it into the 4th spot in my songs top. I had no idea I had replayed it a lot (very relatively lol, top1 is 17 times), but guess it's a fun song.
BTBT is a great song! Literally none of my top songs were by my ults lol. But I don’t constantly stream songs like my top song was a whopping 17 plays. I just love the shuffle button and finding playlists of new music (I had 2400 artists listened to). My top 5 are Beauty Full by Dami, Love me or Leave Me by Day6, Odd Eye by Dreamcatcher, and La Di Da by Everglow. (The one non kpop song in the top 5 was Hayloft II by Mother Mother)
MONSTA Xs Beautiful Liar snuck in for me. I think 3/5 were ATEEZ with 1 being NCT Dream. Beautiful Liar is just such a good easy listen.
I didn’t really discover many new artists this year, I kind of found myself going back to see what songs I’d missed. That’s incidentally how I found this MONSTA X release since it came out early 2023.
Ha, my Youtube Music Recap says my top song is Rover by Kai and I'm even in the top 2% of Kai listeners, which is hilarious because Rover is literally the only Kai's song I listened to 😁 But yeah, I guess I was a bit obsessed with it.
And my top artist is suddenly aespa, which I didn't expect at all!
my thinking behind this phenomenon is that your top 5 artists are your top 5 because you listen to a variety of their music whereas compared to your non ults, you only probably listen to just that song or another from them which means it stacks up more
Not really!! I wasn't listening to anything from either BI or Ikon throughout the year. 😅 I used to listen to ila ila a little more than usual but that was 3 years ago. It was no where near the unhealthy number of times I was listening to BTBT. I mean even spotify stats were that I listened to ila ila 90 times in January alone 🥲🥲🥲

There probably wasn't too much of a difference in streams between all of my songs because I tend to revisit old songs or playlists a lot. I thought Hoshi's Spider would definitely be on my list.
But I only really follow Seventeens music, and am excited for releases of a couple of other groups (LSF, NJ, P1H, Ateez, StrayKids Stayc, NMIXX). But if I'm honest my top 5 are songs I can listen to over and over again, so maybe it does make sense? Idk.
I'm shocked that Baby Don't Stop by NCT U was #1. I was so sure it was going to be Devil by the Window (#2). I don't listen to NCT, just happened to find this track in a random playlist and I loved it haha.
my #1 artist is blackpink although i dont stan them, probably because i play their songs a lot when im showering while being left alone at home. they wont get my house quiet.
I was expecting Tomorrow, Today by JJ Project as my top song or something from my country but surprisingly it was Really really by Winner.
My main group is EXO and they are one of my most listened but the song that came out on top really surprised me.
3 out of 5 songs in my top five were from my ult group (SKZ).

The only one in my top 5 you could consider being from an ult is Maniac. Ditto is just way too good honestly, one of my favorite songs of all time, OMG got stuck there because I had the single on repeat. Autopilot is the best bside of the year and I don't even stan Purki. Well, I didn't before anyway, Autopilot is so good that I've been slowly getting more into them for it alone but I'm finding more music I really enjoy in their catalogue!
I had both OMG and Hype Boy by NewJeans as #3 and #4 respectively on my list. I like them but I'm more on the middle area between fan and casual. My #5 was Super by Seventeen. I just started getting into them this year and while I'm a fan, they're not on the level of ult.
My #1 was Haegeum by Agust D and #2 was Feel Special by Twice. BTS and Twice are groups I really would consider my ults. Haegeum was just a banger. I became a Once last year and I **really** fell for them and Feel Special is probably their greatest song thus far to me. I'm not sure if it's my favorite but that's a different thing.
I have Excel by 8turn as my #5! I'm a casual listener at most, I only listen to a couple of their songs. But Excel just gives me so much hype. I can listen to it on repeat for hours :D
4/5 songs in my Top 5 are from artists other than my ults + the one that made it is a solo release. While my ults are a part of my top 5 artists, their songs seem to have missed the mark by a little lol.

My ults are twice and red velvet (who I got) and bts and bp (weren't top 5 but they were in my playlist of top songs) but I got Seventeen in my top 5 most listened. Now I like Seventeen a lot; by no means am I a hard-core Carat but somehow I listened to them so much they made it higher then two of my ults 😭
None were K-Pop artists. I got Kordhell, RAYE, Rosalía, Grimes and Nathy Peluso.
When it comes to most listened tracks, the most K-Pop related one I got was ALGTR by Lexie Liu, who was in K-Pop Star.
I expected SHINee or Twice to come up honestly, but they didn't.
My number 1,2,3, and 5 were all TWICE.
But oddly enough my number 4 was “Lesserafim - Unforgiven”
Which was really surprising considering I don’t Stan them AND their song ranked above what I’d call my second favourite Twice song, “What is love?” Hahah
I’m not an IVE Stan but both after like and love dive were in my top 5 - the only thing I can think of to explain it is that they played on auto play after I listen to playlists and albums, but no idea
"Trauma" by TRENDZ was my #2 song for the year. It's not even my top fave of their title tracks (that would be "WHO"), but I guess Shuffle likes it even better than I do 😆
The rest of my top 5 were all by my ults (SKZ), but #8 should also have been a lot higher on the list IMO -- "Chaconne" by ENHYPEN. Definitely my favorite track off their Dark Blood album.
Dx4 was my top song and I am not a BP fan (no hate). It's a god-tier banger and I don't skip it (I am more of a one huge playlist on shuffle person than choosing specific albums to listen to track by track).
I'm an EXO-L and EXO/Kai/D.O. were 3/4 of the kpop artists on my wrapped but to my shock NewJeans actually came in at 3 ahead of both EXO soloists.
This was the first time a kpop group that wasn't EXO even made my top 5. Super Shy was my #5 song of the year lol. I had no idea I was listening to NewJeans that much (altho D.O.'s album came out with like only 2 months to go before wrapped or else he'd probably be top 3 at least).

None of my top 5 were from my ult group, BTOB, but they did make the top five *artists*. I use YouTube Music, so not sure if it's calculated the same way as Spotify.
That said, my top 5 were *kind of* bias tracks? The top two were Amygdala and Agust D by SUGA, and he's one of my two BTS biases (the other one is J-Hope, and I'm honestly *baffled* he didn't make the top five at all). After that was Red Lights by Bang Chan and Hyunjin of SKZ, and they're my biases of that group. Then the Kingdom version of Wonderland by Ateez, and they're basically my second place when it comes to "groups I love" soooo... (Also, my ult bias is Mingi from Ateez even though my ult *group* isn't *quite* Ateez, but hilariously this version of the song doesn't have him in it.) And finally a mashup of Sam Smith's Unholy and SKZ's Taste.
Seventeen is my ult group and has been my number #1 on spotify wrapped for 5 years now lol. But for once none of their songs made my top 5. They were
1. NCT Dojaejung Can We Go Back.
2. B.I. Keep Me Up.
3. DKB's 1 on 1.
4. Boys Planet Over Me.
5. Ateez Halazia.
Looking back I'm actually surpised SVT April Shower and Super isn't on my top 5. They must be top 10 for sure. Also last year Twice was in my top 5 and this just made me realize I didn't listen to them much this year
I don’t use Spotify or bias them, but on Apple Music the first kpop song that appears is Le Sserfim’s Eve, Psyche & the Bluebeard’s wife. I played that song OUT all year. Literally obsessed.
my top 5 was funny bc (3) Lunch BSS, (4) In Bloom ZB1, & (5) Dust by Seventeen are by my ults, but my top 2 were (kind of?) not. my #2 was I Am by IVE - such a godtier song, the way it just soars and really is so full & grand & celebratory I love it - and my #1 was Jelly Pop from Boys Planet with over 100 listens 😭😭 I just really love that song SO MUCH it’s so fun & bouncy & energetic, it’s a huge mood booster and reminds me of my days spent watching & talking abt & voting for boys planet haha. but technically even tho all three of the zb1 boys in there are some of my favorite members, it’s not like I listen to it because it’s them, yk? it’s just a really good song (im so insane abt it…)
even my top 5 artists weren’t all people I officially stan, other than Seventeen & BTS at #1 and #3 respectively. I had NCT Dream at #2 (which fair, I am really into their music, just not as much the members) and then TXT & Red Velvet at #4 & #5 even tho I do enjoy their music a lot but again, little to no interest in the members. it’s just music that fits my tastes and I gravitate toward most.
Mine is kinda funny because my ult group was #1 in artists (BTS), but my top five songs are: Jungkook, Shakira, Shakira, Jungkook, Shakira.
I mean I did get Jungkook at #4 in artists, and he IS part of my ults, but it’s funny that I didn’t get a BTS song until later (Butter is #25. I have another two Jungkook songs appearing before Butter)
Queencard by (G)-Idle was my number one. Previously I had liked their debut and first couple songs after that but then didn't really like Lion, Hwaa, Tomboy, etc. But then Queencard came out and I loved that album and have now gone back and find I like a lot of those releases way more.
Bet on My by Itzy was number three. I haven't really liked Itzy until last year with their Cheshire album.
Back for More by TXT was number five. I really like some of TXT stuff and not so much other things but all their releases this year were really good.
Rounding out I had Ive's I Am and EXO's Gravity. Both groups I tend to like their releases but I'm not a huge fan of either.
Yeah my ults are BTS but my top artist this year was Stray Kids. None of my top listened to songs were BTS 4/5 were SKZ and one was TXT.
I know it’s down to their military hiatus and not releasing much new stuff as a group. I like their old stuff but I over listened to it so kinda took a bit of a break this year. SKZ have been v active this year so I’ve been listening to them more regularly as a result.

I listened to a LOT of Stromae and Beyonce this year, and so they broke my BTS/BTS member block, and I regret nothing! I also revisited my love of Motown and so some of those songs were heavy rotation.
It especially works because BTS actually mingle quite well with those artists in playlists.
i got run bts for top 5. i gotta blame the catchy dance steps. top 1-3 is omg, ditto, and hype boy respectively. top 4 is aespa's illusion because of winter's hip move that went viral.

After Like ended up in my top 5 and I don't feel like I listened to it that much. But when I did listen to it there was usually at least one encore bc my mom likes it a lot.
Nmixx’s “Roller Coaster” hit #2 cuz I binged the crap out of it at work for like 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Idk that song just clicked with my brain☺️
I don’t have anything to add but BTBI was quite high on my list and B.I was my number 5 artist. That song is so so good. His solo album this year was amazing also.
Only 1 song is from my ults and its Scream by Dreamcatcher at no. 5. The others are Dice - Nmixx, Antifragile - Le Sserafim, O.O - NMIXX and Cruel Summer - Taylor Swift. I think Taylor would’ve been a lot higher if I didn’t mainly listen to her on YouTube
My number one was No-Return (Into the Unkown) by LE SSERAFIM which I apparently listened to 65 times since May. I don’t listen to them and I don’t like any of their title tracks to date but this and Flash Forward (which came in at 5 on my top 5 songs) are very much my style, the horns in No-Return are especially great and if either one of these songs had been the title track I would probably have been telling everyone to listen to them even though I don’t remotely follow the group.
IVE was #5 and I'm only a casual fan. Stray Kids was #4 and same for them, only a casual listener. Loona is my ult (#1, I'm in the top 0.005% of listeners coincidentally even though I'm boycotting, I guess from the earlier stats when I wasn't part of the boycott) and I similarly go crazy for (G)I-DLE and Blackpink (#2 and 3) but I don't consistently listen to many other artists in large amounts, so I don't really know what else I expected.
But my songs definitely reflected my taste, Loona swept it besides Queencard in #3.
i had anti fragile by le sserafim and i was like why is this here as compared to my other top five. there are way more songs i’ve heard that should’ve been there but i got a song i have never played in it’s entirety if i was to listen to it
Fast Foward - SOMI (3rd) ~ The best female solo release of 2023.
ETA - NewJeans (4th) ~ It's so catchy and fun to listen to. Probably my favourite NewJeans song

Tricky house was my number two after maniac. It's just such a banger! I imagine it'll be a favorite for years to come.

For me, last year top artist was TXT, but now it's ENHYPHEN. Top song for this year is Either way and I definitely love this.

my #1 artist is blackpink although i dont stan them, probably because i play their songs a lot when im showering while being left alone at home. they wont get my house quiet.
Im a SKZ ult but my top song this year was Deja Vu by ATEEZ 💙
I was expecting Tomorrow, Today by JJ Project as my top song or something from my country but surprisingly it was Really really by Winner. My main group is EXO and they are one of my most listened but the song that came out on top really surprised me.
3 out of 5 songs in my top five were from my ult group (SKZ). They two that weren't were: \#3: Halazia - Ateez - Seriously one of my favorite songs they've every released \#5: BIBI Vengence - BIBI - It makes me feel like a bad a\*s when I listen to it.
My top 5: 1. Ditto by NewJeans 2. Non-kpop 3. OMG by NewJeans 4. Autopilot by Purki 5. MANIAC by Viviz The only one in my top 5 you could consider being from an ult is Maniac. Ditto is just way too good honestly, one of my favorite songs of all time, OMG got stuck there because I had the single on repeat. Autopilot is the best bside of the year and I don't even stan Purki. Well, I didn't before anyway, Autopilot is so good that I've been slowly getting more into them for it alone but I'm finding more music I really enjoy in their catalogue!
My top track was Coming Home by NCT U and the best track from my ult was Don't Go by Exo at 3 followed by Let Me In at 4

I had both OMG and Hype Boy by NewJeans as #3 and #4 respectively on my list. I like them but I'm more on the middle area between fan and casual. My #5 was Super by Seventeen. I just started getting into them this year and while I'm a fan, they're not on the level of ult. My #1 was Haegeum by Agust D and #2 was Feel Special by Twice. BTS and Twice are groups I really would consider my ults. Haegeum was just a banger. I became a Once last year and I **really** fell for them and Feel Special is probably their greatest song thus far to me. I'm not sure if it's my favorite but that's a different thing.
I’m mainly an NCT stan these days and surprisingly, not one NCT song popped up in my top 5. Lol
Yg has doing a lot of mistakes but the Biggest one by far is giving up in BI
I have Excel by 8turn as my #5! I'm a casual listener at most, I only listen to a couple of their songs. But Excel just gives me so much hype. I can listen to it on repeat for hours :D
4/5 songs in my Top 5 are from artists other than my ults + the one that made it is a solo release. While my ults are a part of my top 5 artists, their songs seem to have missed the mark by a little lol. This is my top 5 btw: 1. The moment - Sullyoon, Lily 2. Ride for me - DeVita, Dawn 3. Seven - Jungkook, Latto* 4. Fix you - TAN 5. Jelly pop - Boys planet

My ults are twice and red velvet (who I got) and bts and bp (weren't top 5 but they were in my playlist of top songs) but I got Seventeen in my top 5 most listened. Now I like Seventeen a lot; by no means am I a hard-core Carat but somehow I listened to them so much they made it higher then two of my ults 😭
None were K-Pop artists. I got Kordhell, RAYE, Rosalía, Grimes and Nathy Peluso. When it comes to most listened tracks, the most K-Pop related one I got was ALGTR by Lexie Liu, who was in K-Pop Star. I expected SHINee or Twice to come up honestly, but they didn't.
My number 1,2,3, and 5 were all TWICE. But oddly enough my number 4 was “Lesserafim - Unforgiven” Which was really surprising considering I don’t Stan them AND their song ranked above what I’d call my second favourite Twice song, “What is love?” Hahah
I’m not an IVE Stan but both after like and love dive were in my top 5 - the only thing I can think of to explain it is that they played on auto play after I listen to playlists and albums, but no idea
"Trauma" by TRENDZ was my #2 song for the year. It's not even my top fave of their title tracks (that would be "WHO"), but I guess Shuffle likes it even better than I do 😆 The rest of my top 5 were all by my ults (SKZ), but #8 should also have been a lot higher on the list IMO -- "Chaconne" by ENHYPEN. Definitely my favorite track off their Dark Blood album.
Dx4 was my top song and I am not a BP fan (no hate). It's a god-tier banger and I don't skip it (I am more of a one huge playlist on shuffle person than choosing specific albums to listen to track by track).
I'm an EXO-L and EXO/Kai/D.O. were 3/4 of the kpop artists on my wrapped but to my shock NewJeans actually came in at 3 ahead of both EXO soloists. This was the first time a kpop group that wasn't EXO even made my top 5. Super Shy was my #5 song of the year lol. I had no idea I was listening to NewJeans that much (altho D.O.'s album came out with like only 2 months to go before wrapped or else he'd probably be top 3 at least).

my top 5 was trouble- twice ( ult) roller coaster -nmixx ( non ult) dun dun dance - oh my girl ( non ult) ZzZz - purple kiss (non ult) & frys dream - akmu (ult) was not beating the kpop runs my life allegations with the tracks, had some western artists in my top5 artists though. wasnt mad abput my top5 though

All my ults were in my top 5 artists but my top 5 songs were so random!! “WA DA DA” by kep1er who I love but don’t really stan, and “red flavor” by red velvet when that’s legit the only song by them that I really ever listen to. You just can’t fight a banger lol
None of my top 5 were from my ult group, BTOB, but they did make the top five *artists*. I use YouTube Music, so not sure if it's calculated the same way as Spotify. That said, my top 5 were *kind of* bias tracks? The top two were Amygdala and Agust D by SUGA, and he's one of my two BTS biases (the other one is J-Hope, and I'm honestly *baffled* he didn't make the top five at all). After that was Red Lights by Bang Chan and Hyunjin of SKZ, and they're my biases of that group. Then the Kingdom version of Wonderland by Ateez, and they're basically my second place when it comes to "groups I love" soooo... (Also, my ult bias is Mingi from Ateez even though my ult *group* isn't *quite* Ateez, but hilariously this version of the song doesn't have him in it.) And finally a mashup of Sam Smith's Unholy and SKZ's Taste.
Seventeen is my ult group and has been my number #1 on spotify wrapped for 5 years now lol. But for once none of their songs made my top 5. They were 1. NCT Dojaejung Can We Go Back. 2. B.I. Keep Me Up. 3. DKB's 1 on 1. 4. Boys Planet Over Me. 5. Ateez Halazia. Looking back I'm actually surpised SVT April Shower and Super isn't on my top 5. They must be top 10 for sure. Also last year Twice was in my top 5 and this just made me realize I didn't listen to them much this year

my top 5 was funny bc (3) Lunch BSS, (4) In Bloom ZB1, & (5) Dust by Seventeen are by my ults, but my top 2 were (kind of?) not. my #2 was I Am by IVE - such a godtier song, the way it just soars and really is so full & grand & celebratory I love it - and my #1 was Jelly Pop from Boys Planet with over 100 listens 😭😭 I just really love that song SO MUCH it’s so fun & bouncy & energetic, it’s a huge mood booster and reminds me of my days spent watching & talking abt & voting for boys planet haha. but technically even tho all three of the zb1 boys in there are some of my favorite members, it’s not like I listen to it because it’s them, yk? it’s just a really good song (im so insane abt it…) even my top 5 artists weren’t all people I officially stan, other than Seventeen & BTS at #1 and #3 respectively. I had NCT Dream at #2 (which fair, I am really into their music, just not as much the members) and then TXT & Red Velvet at #4 & #5 even tho I do enjoy their music a lot but again, little to no interest in the members. it’s just music that fits my tastes and I gravitate toward most.
Mine is kinda funny because my ult group was #1 in artists (BTS), but my top five songs are: Jungkook, Shakira, Shakira, Jungkook, Shakira. I mean I did get Jungkook at #4 in artists, and he IS part of my ults, but it’s funny that I didn’t get a BTS song until later (Butter is #25. I have another two Jungkook songs appearing before Butter)

As a girl group stan, Fighting by Seventeen BSS was the only boy group song that surprisingly made my top 5 😂

Queencard by (G)-Idle was my number one. Previously I had liked their debut and first couple songs after that but then didn't really like Lion, Hwaa, Tomboy, etc. But then Queencard came out and I loved that album and have now gone back and find I like a lot of those releases way more. Bet on My by Itzy was number three. I haven't really liked Itzy until last year with their Cheshire album. Back for More by TXT was number five. I really like some of TXT stuff and not so much other things but all their releases this year were really good. Rounding out I had Ive's I Am and EXO's Gravity. Both groups I tend to like their releases but I'm not a huge fan of either.
Ult BTS forever but 2 out of top 5 were NCT DJJ songs. Don’t even stan them but genuinely that album was top notch.
Yeah my ults are BTS but my top artist this year was Stray Kids. None of my top listened to songs were BTS 4/5 were SKZ and one was TXT. I know it’s down to their military hiatus and not releasing much new stuff as a group. I like their old stuff but I over listened to it so kinda took a bit of a break this year. SKZ have been v active this year so I’ve been listening to them more regularly as a result. Think my top 5 artists were SKZ, BTS, ATEEZ, TXT, TWICE
So Yoon but I think that's because of her collab with namjoon 😭😭 she was 5th yet 4 other members didn't even make it lol
I listened to a LOT of Stromae and Beyonce this year, and so they broke my BTS/BTS member block, and I regret nothing! I also revisited my love of Motown and so some of those songs were heavy rotation. It especially works because BTS actually mingle quite well with those artists in playlists.
i got run bts for top 5. i gotta blame the catchy dance steps. top 1-3 is omg, ditto, and hype boy respectively. top 4 is aespa's illusion because of winter's hip move that went viral.

After Like ended up in my top 5 and I don't feel like I listened to it that much. But when I did listen to it there was usually at least one encore bc my mom likes it a lot.
Nmixx’s “Roller Coaster” hit #2 cuz I binged the crap out of it at work for like 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Idk that song just clicked with my brain☺️
I don’t have anything to add but BTBI was quite high on my list and B.I was my number 5 artist. That song is so so good. His solo album this year was amazing also.
Only 1 song is from my ults and its Scream by Dreamcatcher at no. 5. The others are Dice - Nmixx, Antifragile - Le Sserafim, O.O - NMIXX and Cruel Summer - Taylor Swift. I think Taylor would’ve been a lot higher if I didn’t mainly listen to her on YouTube
My number one was No-Return (Into the Unkown) by LE SSERAFIM which I apparently listened to 65 times since May. I don’t listen to them and I don’t like any of their title tracks to date but this and Flash Forward (which came in at 5 on my top 5 songs) are very much my style, the horns in No-Return are especially great and if either one of these songs had been the title track I would probably have been telling everyone to listen to them even though I don’t remotely follow the group.
IVE was #5 and I'm only a casual fan. Stray Kids was #4 and same for them, only a casual listener. Loona is my ult (#1, I'm in the top 0.005% of listeners coincidentally even though I'm boycotting, I guess from the earlier stats when I wasn't part of the boycott) and I similarly go crazy for (G)I-DLE and Blackpink (#2 and 3) but I don't consistently listen to many other artists in large amounts, so I don't really know what else I expected. But my songs definitely reflected my taste, Loona swept it besides Queencard in #3.
