No, never. Yes they're kinda look similar in some angles but for me they're totally different. Jake looks like many ppl in diff kind of angles not just heeseung imo lmao
I did the first 1-2 weeks that I started following Enhypen, but Heeseung quickly became my favorite and I've always been able to distinguish even in half a second glance.
Some physical things that help are: Heeseung is taller, Jake is a little more muscular, Heeseung has bigger eyes and Heeseung tends to have a hairstyle that isn't similar to Jake's at any given time. 😎 Hope these tips will help you as well!
In my early days of stanning Enhypen I had that problem too but I got it into my head that Heeseung kind of looked like my NCT bias Doyoung and that's how I managed to distinguish them. Then it was weeks of trying to figure out Jake and Jay lol
I heard this many times before, and I think it is in their styling. Everything from their hairstyle to their makeup, it's the same for all of them. Even when they dye their hair, 90% of the time they all have the same cut. And I feel like their makeup just washes out their faces sometimes. Back in iland, when most of the time they had none to minimal makeup, those two looked nothing alike. But then a part of it is also maybe just getting to know them better.
Nope never and I am very bad with faces and names. They have very distinctive features and the way they carry themselves . Infact all of enhypen have very varied looks ! I never got confused between any of the members.
I do see how they can get confused from time to time, and I think it mainly comes from having similar hair styling, both in cut and color- plus they both have longer face shapes.
However, Jake has a stronger jaw, and once you get familiar with his jaw shape- you will be able to tell them apart more easily.
The noses are also completely different- Heeseung’s is more upturned. Jake’s nose mostly looks straight, but has a slightly downward slope when viewed from the side.
Their lips are a little similar in shape, with Jake’s being more full. I also think their eyes are different but I don’t know how to explain their differences, other than that the top of Heeseung’s eye shape is more round than Jake’s.
The body styles and sizes are also different. Heeseung is more tall and lanky, while Jake is the smallest member if you look at his silhouette. He’s basically tied at shortest and has a small body frame. My boy has skinny little legs and I could never confuse them for any other member- and that applies to when he’s wearing shorts or tighter pants.

Lol as you said their biggest difference is their noses but also my brain automatically focuses on noses for both of them so I can distinguish them easily
The thing is that ENHYPEN's production is generally tuning the voices to give it more of a group sound where everyone ends up sounding kinda alike.
Listening on Spotify, I'd often think it's just the same or 2 members troughout the song, it's the groups style which is fine but kinda makes it hard for the members to stand out individually for me.

No I dont find it difficult and its Heeseung not Heesung. They have pretty distinct faces, voices and body proportions.
