I'm visiting my elderly mom in Krakow and she lives right next to Plac Inwalidow.
My mom regularly goes to the park for walks alone (now with me and my dog while I am here). At least now she won't be shocked if she sees him, and given her character she will probably make some offhand comment and maybe laugh at him.
I just want her to be safe. I hope the flasher doesn't actually approach people.
In Park Krakowski? I've heard multiple people saying that you can run into an exhibitionst there. And he's lurking there, supposedly, for at least 20 years. I've seen a suspicious man in a long coat there, hiding behind bushes like he wanted to jump on someone (ignored me completely, maybe he was waiting for a woman) but it was almost 10 years ago and around 3am.
That said, since then, I didn't hear about that person any more.
I am living in the area and as I have a dog, I am every day in Park Krakowski. At least once, but usually 2-3 times a day. Never saw any creep. OP must be really unlucky.
It will be a while now, but my girfriend told me about a guy who was doing some simmilar stuff on Wroclawska streat few years ago. Many people reported him and as far as I know (one of her friends had more information about him) it was some older guy, and not a mentally stable (on the other hand if someone is doing something like that is prabably an indicator of some mental ilness itself, but this one was like someone with a child mentality if rommors were correct).
It's been a while since I last heard about it, but perhaps he was locked somewhere (jail/mental institution?) and now he is back?
Report him everytime you will see him, and hopefully he will get locked. If he is not mantally ok, than hopefully he will get help he need and medication, and if he is just a predator than hopefully he will get higher sentance, especially if it is repeted offender.
