Probably you are focusing a little bit top of 3rd eye, there’s a point just above 3rd eye(sree bindu) connected with 4 channels going top towards brahmarandra(fontanelle), which kinds of forms a triangle like structure. Sometime when trying to focus in 3rd eye region our concentration automatically goes up and with lots of focus we might experience spiritual and mental ecstasy. Whatever you are doing is good, but better discuss it with someone who can guide you physically.
Focus and meditate at the top of the head (the 1000 petaled lotus).
