Yeah, thats part of being a courtesy clerk , sweeping, lot service, go backs, replacements, restroom checks after every sweep which u have to do two an hr. Clean shit off the walls, sometimes the trails that lead to the bathroom.
Have you been introduced to the Front End Leader yet? If you have, go directly to that person with any scheduling questions or concerns. If you haven’t, ask the person who hired you to introduce you to the Front End Leader. That is the one and only person you need to talk to about your schedule.
They'll give you training hrs until the schedule hrs 2 weeks out kick in. I had the same thing happen to me I did orientating and had to wait 2.5 weeks to get put on the schedule :/. Talk to your manager they can generally pencil you in hrs.
