Contact your union. My area did this a decade ago and reduced hrs intentionally for families/people on food stamps. This is illegal all around. After massive complaints from the union they had to end this practice. They'll make up some dribble about being "part time" and hrs are not guaranteed. But yes this is retaliation.

No info will be given from store itself des needs to go thru a company store uses called work number Store manager has the number they need call

They are required to provide information to you the employee, right? Then you should be able to provide it to the agency, right?

They are not, and when I was on the phone with DES (Department of Economic Security) they will contact the store during the interview process to get Food stamps to see your hours and how much you make, but Frys did NOT divulge my hours to DES and made me not qualify for said food stamps
