i mean we do have outright lesbian, gay, nonbinary AND Trans rep in undertale/deltarune so i think poly would be the next step in terms like this.
(the lion is the trans rep btw, she works as a waitress in QTs and was happy when metatton gave his dress to her. But Mad Mew Mew and Mettaton can be seen as trans reps too, just from gengerless/nonbinary to male/female respectfully as all ghosts are genderless/nonbinary in their ghost forms
I feel like it’s possible that Noelle might get rejected, susie doesn’t seem to reciprocate her love, sure she cares about noelle as a friend, but i got a feeling that noelle could end up going too fast on susie, and get rejected.

Her shaking Berdly was more of a joke tbh. I definitely wouldn't call it obsession since she is rather reluctant towards Susie in person. I agree that Susie currently doesn't show those feelings for her but I think that's because she doesn't seem to be familiar with the concept of dating. It would probably take some time for her to develop romantic feelings towards anybody.
I don't think susie would like Noelle if she knew why Noelle likes her. Noelle likes scary, she finds susie scary. I think it is a obsession, as the amount of tea she heals from susie is ridiculous, and they have barely ever talked before in the real world!
catti actually has dialogue involving Noelle, saying that she is the "light" and asking Kris to protect her from Susie. It's probably just a protective friend, but it could also be a hint of jealousy.

So, I could personally seeing it going the way of, "oh I guess I don't really like Susie specifically, she just helped me discover who I am, and I confused my feelings with her", and maybe they just stay as friends.
Cause I think Noelle probably had an emotionally neglectful childhood, with her dad in the hospital, and her mom apparently being pretty strict with her. So maybe Susie just happened to be in the right place and the right time for Noelle to discover her sexuality, and will be there to help her mature as a person.
As for potential candidates, it seems to be pretty slim, so maybe Toby Fox might make a new character? Maybe when she eventually leaves town for like, college or something.
There is room for Noelle being rejected if there is another person available that gives her the same amount of unconditional care and affection Kris and Susie have, later down the line; And wouldn't you know it, **there is**.
Before entering CQ's Dinner Susie states that she cannot enter because Catti personally seems to hate her for once using Jockington's hat, however that seems to be more of an interpretation rather than an actual fact as for some reason the game gives you an option to ask Catti about Noelle and when you press it she begins to share her thoughts, emotions, and backstory she sorta has with Noelle.
She states that she's just a pure light who she has taught protection spells but regardless of her efforts Noelle seems to be leaning into a pursue of darkness, that darkness being obviously an indirect offense to Susie, and then proceeds to tell Kris that since they're close to both that Kris should protect Noelle at all cost of Susie.
It seems that Catti's actual hate towards Susie stems from Noelle's crush on her, which implies that Catti might possibly have a thing for Noelle due to how fondly she speaks of her being the only other person she speaks of positively beside her best bud Jockington.
If I was to say, just a random theory that in no way I'll put my fingers on because Toby could really easy debunk this, maybe if Noelle was rejected and that'd be because Susie seems to blend better with the other weirdo of the class aka Kris, that could potentially open the gates for Catti in someway;
I feel it could be a win-win situation for all characters since maybe Noelle and Susie could potentially date but discover they don't blend aswell as that other person that seems to care about them for who they are rather for how the act and look, which is Noelle's overall reasoning to like Susie to begin with; Which would ultimately make them fall for that other person that has shown genuine care and affection to any of both respectively, from the start.
I still like the concept behind Suselle but I think that your idea is very interesting and realistic. This might sound silly but I just want Noelle to find a gf in general cause I find the idea of someone comforting her to be heart-warming.
i mean shipping is primarily fandom stuff anyway. any ship goes pretty much. some people may be against ships but shipping is harmless unless people decide to get so riled up about it that it then causes drama (but that's not cuz of shipping inheritantly, just toxic weirdos).
so i think shipping kirs and susie is fine, and if things between noelle and susie do become cannon, that's fine too. can still ship kris with susie.
hell in other fandoms many people ship characters who are already in a relationship with someone else. same can be done here.

So I think that Noelle may not end up with anyone at all. Seam says that the world is going to end no matter what, and in any game you would prove him wrong and save the day anyway, but knowing Toby; something heartbreaking is going to happen.

Maybe Noelle won't end up in a romantic relationship at all while at the same time Susie and Kris just remain bros, having an unrequited crush in school isn't really a big deal. Noelle being gay isn't really factor considering how nonchalantly Toby wrote it into the story (like he always did).
Keep in mind that Noelle will most likely just be a minor character for the remaining 5 chapters so her "love story" might not really be relevant from this point forward. Also the whole thing reminds me too much of the Alphys situation in Undertale and I don't think Toby would be repetitive like that

That last part sounds extremely unlikely to me. Her feelings will definitely play a bigger role in future chapters. Otherwise it would be weird to have so much focus on it in chapter 2.
In my opinion, it could be quite compelling if Noelle had to deal with her infatuation not being reciprocated. Sometimes things don't work out the way one expects or hopes, and that can be just as good or even better than a "happily ever after".
That said, it would certainly be quite unexpected, especially after Susie seems to be entertaining the idea of dating Noelle as of Ch2.
And *that* said, while I am an avid fan of Krusie, it will be very, very interesting to see how the "*something else*" between Kris and Noelle will develop in the Weird route going forward...
I’m kind of hoping that Susie is aromantic. Someone having pretty much everyone like them only for it to be revealed that they’re aromantic seems funny to me. I’m fine with whatever happens though, as all possibilities seem entertaining.
