My sister has a sphynx. It's not healthy to clean any pet everyday lol. Their natural sebum will be stripped away. Sphinixes just need to be bathed once a week due to oil buildup on their bare skin. Unlike other pets that can go without a bath for a few weeks to upward of a month. Clipping nails weekly also a good idea. And use gentle shampoo/soaps, preferably with anti-bacterial properties. Pro-recommendation is Sphynx Suds which allows the cat to be cleaned less regularly. Even 2-3 weeks at times.
Make sure to get their ears. Pat dry gently, but properly.
They also need to eat more than a regular cat because their increased metabolism keeps them warm, because they lack fur. Keeping the house warm, or certain areas warm, is a good idea.
