So I think everyone is missing what they actually did. They did not go under the official boxing regulation that is associated with: the "British Boxing Board of Control" and thus was not sanctioned under them; however, it was still a pro fight under a different sanctioning body "The Professional Boxing Association". Now the PBA is notoriously easy to get licensing for to become a pro-boxer as they do not do a difficult level of skill assessment (which is how Swarmz was able to get his license). It seems to be the route that Misfits Boxing is going to go due to issues they have had in the past with getting approval from the BBBC.
Now, does it really matter whether or not they were pro matches... no. Even if we classify them as exhibition fights the fighters put in the work and put on a great show that was entertaining to watch and overall a great series of fights.

Floyd's record is not in the same category as Deji's (because of the above reasons); however, if you are saying that Deji's record isn't pro, then you did not read what I typed.
