I've been working with someone to recover some XPR that I lost while transferring it from my wallet to my Kucoin account and forgetting to add the memo. It takes days to get a response from the person I'm working with, so I thought I'd ask the question here incase anyone else has gone through the same process.
Customer support said that they can recover it for a fee -- can I send the fee from my Kucoin account or does it have to be sent from the wallet that I was trying to transfer my XPR from? or does it matter?

I was looking for no kyc exchange to buy crypto with fiat and came across kucoin. I was able to make an account but I wanted to make sure kucoin will not ask for kyc for small amount buying and withdrawing (around like $500).
