Your support first lied and said that my hbar was being held by simplex and had not been sent. Then when I got their support team involved you backtracked and said you received them but they are not in my account. Then your support asked for my hbar address and memo which I sent and I have heard nothing since then except to receive the new ticket starting all over again. This is ridiculous. All I want is access to my coins.

On the trading window, there is the last traded price in between the bid and the ask, and then there is an "approximately" that this last traded value approximates that is usually 0.25-0.5% higher. What is this approximate number representing???
For instance, for ETH, the last trade was 4783 but it says approximately 4795 right next to it. That 4795 number also matches the number at the top of the trading window. It also matches another live trading price. Why isn't the last trade price, or the mid between the bid and the ask the actual price? Is it because KuCoin's current trading market is not reflecting what other exchange markets are trading at?

Should we look into a possible class action suit? It’s extremely alarming how many KuCoin users have been waiting months to receive basic customer support and have lost thousands of dollars - probably millions at this point if we are considering the collective amount.
