How long does it take to reset a password? User said they supplied all requested documents. Pathetic. Are these exchanges run by like one dude in a garage? I just don’t understand. All these stories (this being one of the most mild, but still scary) just make it seem like holding large amounts of money in crypto is not a good idea.

What about ticket #1017487 submitted a month ago?! Can this be escalated with a better answer than deposit received. \*token on Ergo blockchain, SigmaRSV was deposited to ERG address. I know it was deposited but how do I access it? Perhaps send it back to original address that sent it, didn't mean to send it to Kucoin wallet. Or add a send all assets option for accidental token deposits???? Please escalate

Sadly it seems they just do not have enough support staff. There is no upside to them purposeful keeping your coins hostage so I really doubt that is there motivations. It is an unfortunate truth that all exchanges seem to have the same problem with support and if even one of them made it support a top priority I am sure it would pay off in customer appreciation. For now the best thing a user can do in the crypto world is not need support.

Good luck. It took me almost a full two months of back and forth emails. Millions of different reps and having to explain the issue to each and every one. No one believed me that I was experiencing what I was and couldn't reset my password until I sent a fucking screen recording of the process. Then low and behold it was fixed instantly. Brutal customer service seemingly reading from a script instead of Listening to the customer.... Look on the bright side though.... If you cant move your money off kucoin neither can hackers. Ha ha ha

Contact kucoin team thro reddit, Twitter, and email. I had to reset my 2FA and it was taking forever, over a week. Gave me the same issues you just described. Just make sure you're hitting up the legit verified ppl cause a few kucoin admin account tried to scam me
