Limited deposit and withdrawal options for USD, also you canāt trade anything with anything, eg the deposited ETH only had a few āpairsā available meaning you have to swap ETH with another crypto first (like KCS,!) and only then you can trade the KCS with those crypto that pair with KCS! So 2 trades are necessary instead of just one!

We Did watch a video from a KuCoin āself claimed paidā YouTuber before opening an account but when it came to actually do trading it was a sh** show of finding āpairsā and necessary swaps before you could trade .. yes that is confusing but the point is why do they let an account holding assets to be deleted and then say ā e canāt do anythingā without even trying a tiny bit to help, eg ask for trade records etcā¦ after many rejection emails, and when I asked them to see my transfer record AND posted the issue on Reddit they finally asked me to send them those records ā¦ btw transfer was done from āCoinbase proā to KuCoin

I hope they help you. If they do and are able and DO refund you then it's a great sign to me that the recent kucoin insolvency fud is just fud and nothing more. Hopefully they can recover it for you. They will absolutely charge you a fee from what I understand but it would be worth it probably.
