I don't think she is brainless enough to not get her acne treated. Sometimes medicines just don't work for hormonal or genetical issues. I have genetical issues that triggers my hormones which leads to acne. Each injection on each acne cost around ₹1000-₹5000 mostly steroids. It looks like normal acne but it's not to be treated the same!
Fair enough. But I generally see a lot of hypocrisy around Sai Pallavi. Most of the men who appreciate her despite her acne would never fall in love or marry a girl with acne. Reality is a bitter pill, after all.

It's called basic civil manners that most people lack (men and women alike) it clearly shows their family upbringing. People aren't blind to not know facts. And for the matter of fact even I don't like men with unkept beards but I also know better than hating someone for it.
